Ordered delivery and according to their employees, itās the driverās responsibility to grab chips and drinks. They messed up my order on two separate occasions. Typically not a big deal, I give people a chance to make it right. What is an issue is the managerās blatant disrespect and lack of concern for the customer. Tried to work it out, he wouldnāt listen. Now my bank will rectify the situation and get my money back. Sucks it had to come to that. People would rather be right, even when wrong, instead of addressing concerns of paying customers. Sad. The girl behind the counter was super friendly, but I assume it was the boss or manager was super rude, and yelled at the girl for not knowing where the chicken was. The boss or whom ever she was took over making our sandwiches when it was convenient for her to do so, while she was making another order. The young girl was so confused, but she pulled thru a d finished making our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them.
