Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

One girl at the window was amazing, she was there over January and Feb and march... Yesterday a very rude skinny light skinned black girl ran her mouth to me the whole time I was waiting to get my hard shell tacos traded out for soft. I ended up not eating any of it and went to zaxbys, I wasted my money and the black male manager could and should have done something, anything but instead allowed his employees to question wether or not I ATE THE FOOD!!!???? I just couldn't believe how insane I felt for trying to get what I wanted. I said.. I never get hard shell and she something to the effect THATS NOT MY PROBLEM... HER FAKE EYELASHES WERE BARLEY ON HER FACE AND I FELT DISCUSTED AND UNABLE TO EAT EVEN ONCE I GOT THE FOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT HAPPY TO FIX MY ORDER THEY STOPEED EVERYTHING AND GATHEREED AROUND THE WINDOW LIKE IT WAS BREAK TIME...AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN THE MANAGER NEVER HELPED THE ISSUE HE WAS STIRRING THE POT, AND WHEN I SHOUTED INTO THE WINDOW TO SPEAK TO HIM, I HAD TO YELL PAST THE FEMALES AT THE WINDOW, NO ONE WORKING ON MY FOOD, AND THEN HE WAS HUDDLED UP WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE LINE COOKS WHO ALOS WANTED TO BE A PART. BUT WHO AM I JUST A PREGNATE PAYING CUSTOMER WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS AND CHECKS HER BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT.. SO SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL. I WENT RIGHT ACROSS TO ZAXBYS AND HAD A PLESANT NON RACIST EXPERIANCE WITH OUT THE THREAT OF 'falsies' landing in my drink or being in a taco, since they allow the staff to look like flows at taco bell what's keeping the line cook from DROPPING SHIT INTO MY FOOD, EW. I HAD ON A PINK HAT I WAS IN A HUGE LOUD TRUCK, AND ALWAYS TURN IT OFF FOR EVERYTHING, SO WE CAN HEAR EACHOTHER... I ALWAYS TRY TO PAY QUICKLY AS I AM A FRIEND OF A PAST WORKER OF FAST FOOD AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF QUICK WINDOW TIMES, SO I ALWAYS HAVE MY MONEY READY, I TRULY DIDNT WANT TO SAY THIS FELT RACSIST. BUT IT WAS. BECAUSE IM A WHITE GIRL IN A BIG OLD WHITE COUNTRY TRUCK SHE WANTS TO TREAT ME RUDE THE WHOLE STORE WAS BLACK AND ONLY ONE GIRL HAD THE CONSIDERATION TO CLOSE THE WINDOW SO HER FRIEND WOULD SHUT UP.Q I ASKED THE GIRL RUNNING HER MOUTH TO PLEASE SHUT UP OR SHUT THE WINDOW, AND SHE LAUGHED AND CONTINUED SPEAKING DISRESPECTFUL SLURS I WAS ABOUT TO BEGIN RECORDING. MY DAUGHTER WAS BEHIND MY SEAT IN THAT TRUCK, MY 9 YEAR OLD. AND THE RUDE DISRESPECT THIS TACO BELL HAD TOWARD US AS PAYING WHITE PEOPLE, THEY STILL DIDNT CARE TO GIVE US OUR ORDER. THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO BUY A NEW MEAL AND THE FOOD I WAS HOLDING 2 hard SHELL TACOS, you could tell they hadn't been touched, however that also was a HUGE CONCERN.....WHY THE HELL DID THEY WANT TO TAKE THE FOOD, SICK SICK SICK... I WILL NEVER BE BACK. THEY HAVE LOST MY BISNESS. IF I WANT TACO BELL I WILL GET IT IN ANOTHER CITY BC I KNOW EVEN 2 MORE MILE DOWN THE ROAD... I WILL SEE ANOTHER TACO BELL. I JUST FEEL DISCUSTED WITH THE LACK OF ABILITY THE MANAGER PUT OUT. HE EVEN WALKED AWAY WHEN I WAS ASKING HIM IF HE NEEDED A RECEIPT. HE WENT TO GRAB MY 2 TACOS, WHEN I HAD 3. AND THEY CONTINUED TO PUT UP A FIGHT OVER

3 SOFT SHELL TACOS...WOW. GOOD LUCK. GET A MANAGER WHO CAN HANDLE HIS CREW AND STILL KEEP HIS HEAD IN THE GAME, HE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PUT ME ABOVE THE BACKTALKING WINDOW CASH TENDER. HE SHOULD KNOW WHEN TO STEP IN, HE SEEMED LIKE HE LOW KEY WANTED THINGS TO ESCALADE WHICH I TRULY COULDNT AFFORD, I HAD A CHILD IN MY TRUCK AND I AM 8 AND A HALF MONTHS PREGNATE. AGAIN I SAY SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL.

LAST PREGNACY I DROVE TO LITHONIA ALMOST EVERY DAY TO EAT A TACOBELL SALAD WITH JALEPENOS, BUT NOW.... I DONT EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT YOU GUYS.

I THINK IF YOU HAVE AN HONEST GOOD HARD WORKER THERE THATS A GIRL, "Noah" was on the recipt, she deserves a raise or to be a manager in training... I haven't seen her in a week or two... Hope this new bonehead at the window isn't trying to replace the other girl. This new skinny glued curls and fake eyelashes need to know how to act at work. And I don't think she will learn at this store....

You will never get your complete order if you go through the drive through. 4 visits and I was missing 3-4 items every time. Once I could see I was missing 2 drinks, I was only given 1 out of 3 and when I mentioned it I was met with attitude from 2 coworkers and asked what the drinks were. So apparently order validation is not trained here, no one apparently checks to make sure all items are accounted for. Once or twice here and there gets a pass but I just moved here 2.5 months ago and have visited this location 4 times in that time frame and have been cheated every time. I went back once and waited over 30 minutes for them to make a crunchy taco supreme, a chicken cantina burrito and 2 orders of cinnamon twists, while they handed free food to friends that just walked in the door. Never again!! If you don’t want to be cheated out of your money, choose a different location!! This one seems to strive on giving away the food you pay for but...

The only reason I'm giving it a four is because the second Taco Bell restaurant I went to located on Brown bridge and Salem road actually had a friendly window guy who got my food completely right but I had first stopped at the Taco Bell located on Salem road it was a little after 12:00 and they told me they were closed but it's my understanding that the restaurant gloves and close until 1:00 or 2:00 I asked her why they were closed through the drive-thru and she said they were short staffed well haven't you been short-staffed all day why would you close an hour to two hours early so I drove up the street hoping that the other Taco Bell would still be open they were open but they were out of chicken and tomatoes and a few other items but at least the food was good and the customer service went a long way that would be Taco Bell on Brown bridge and Salem road in...
