Dear Management Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional experience I had at the Waffle House located at 13091 Brown Bridge Rd, Covington. In my humble opinion, this particular establishment stands several cuts above the rest, and I would like to share my thoughts with you.

First and foremost, the customer service at this Waffle House is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and right at home. The level of respect and attentiveness shown to each customer is beyond question, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received.

I would like to extend a special mention to two remarkable customer service representatives, Stacy and Ashley. In fact, my wife and I initially mistook them for managers due to their professionalism and dedication. This location has become our favorite breakfast restaurant for numerous reasons, and much of it is thanks to the extraordinary customer service provided by Stacy and Ashley. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring a delightful experience for every customer. Even when they are not directly serving us, they never fail to greet us and make us feel valued. We truly appreciate their exceptional dedication.

Furthermore, the food at this Waffle House is nothing short of amazing. It is evident that everyone working at this location takes great pride in their work, and it shows in the delicious flavors they create. The food consistently surpasses expectations, leaving customers with a sense of satisfaction and a feeling of being part of a family at home.

This location has successfully cultivated an environment that nurtures, hires, and inspires the next level of customer service. It is a rare and wonderful experience to encounter such a high standard of service that truly makes a significant difference in how customers feel. All Waffle House restaurants are not created equal, and this particular location stands out as a real winner.

Well I'm done I will not be going back to waffle House again I already agreed to myself to accept the 10 percent charge for the to-go orders that most of the waitresses said it didn't go to them so I would always give them a little extra but now I'm finding out it does go to them I went to this waffle House to get to go orders the waitresses are very polite but then I decided to ask so you're still charging in 10% right she said yes I said well how much is my bill and she told me and they don't like to show you the bills and there was no sign saying now they charge an additional 10% on to-go orders I'm guessing for the little cheap plastic containers and she said oh yeah we started implementing another 10% on to go orders I said so you charge 20% to get it to go order at a waffle House that takes less energy to put in a to go box!? I am not going to pay anyone let alone a waffle House 2000 extra to get food to go there are no signs in plain sight where they take the orders and if you do it to go order they cash you out so you don't have to go to the register and they are being sneaky because they do not tell you and there's nothing where the two waitresses take your orders for to go orders in plain sight and you can see you're going to get charged an extra 20percent! I will be taking my business elsewhere you have Mimi's which is up the street and their food is just as good and Chick-fil-A is not a bad breakfastwaffle House has lost my business forever they are sneaky little company that tries to act like they don't take advantage of to go customers but they do and you need to put a hanging sign up where the to go girls take your order in big letters there is an extra 20% fee for to go orders and quit being deceitful. What I really want is my money back and I know I'll probably never hear anything from corporate waffle House I have left a message for the district manager which I'm sure they won't call back but they need to get it together goodbye waffle House. The waitress was sweet. This specific location is special to my husband and I. We decided to rekindle old memories and the experience was absolutely horrible. The manager left the female cook in charge. Usually we tio the cook first and start with coffee. We always order the same and so this wasn't abnormal. First a larger group came in right behind us and we're seated directly behind me. I am hard if hearing so... We asked to move and we're td we could not that the other waitress was in break. I assume it was best they had no More customers arrive because if that were the case they would not have been seated. We made due. The cool was young and probably stressed but still no excuse! My cheese eggs were runny my double cheese steak was double my husbands tiny. The odd portions were obvious. Both hash brown orders were wrong. I didn't start eating until my husbands correct order arrived. The hash browns were horribly greasy and the low melt taste was over bearing. They brought cold chilli and the entire experience was absolutely Nerve racking. I have CPTSD and despise confrontation. We asked the waitress if we could please just pay for our coffee and shared waffle as we were not eating the mess before us. She asked the cook in charge who immediately began to make looks in our direction and slamming utensils. I wanted to cry and my husband finally decided enough was enough, and td the waitress we are leaving. She charged us only for the coffee,shared waffle and the eggs I didn't eat I believe without the cook knowing. We tipped her well because she wasn't the issue and chose chick FIL lae. I called the next day to explain the behavior was unacceptable but to no avail. I am a veteran in cs service and relations. I train others in cx communication and am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism shown all the way around. I don't post this to dis them. My daughter was visiting from Maryland and we like to have breakfast at a Waffle House there, so she wanted to try one here. My wife has never tried one so we brought her with us. Once there we found seats at the counter and ordered breakfast. The food came pretty quickly and was served up hot. The crew was like a machine. Everyone had their part and everyone was moving. No slouching. You can see my plate was looking like a happy plate and both of my my ladies were food happy. It wasn't fancy but it sure was good. We enjoyed the staff and they made sure we were taken care of. I recommend that if you are in the area and hungry that you give them a try.

Brian (the cook) put some love on our plates. We appreciate you man. It was better than good yall. Alicia was our server and was really nice and courteous. She made us fresh coffee which gets MAJOR points with me. This was my first time at this location but it might be my favorite. Y’all know I always check the restrooms and theirs was CLEAN. Well earned 5 stars.

She made us fresh coffee which gets MAJOR points with me. This was my first time at this location but it might be my favorite. Y’all know I always check the restrooms and theirs was CLEAN. Well earned 5 stars.
