Absolutely amazing food! We came during dinner hours around 8pm on a Friday. We were seated quickly (even though they asked if we had a reservation). The waiter said everything was made from scratch and it shows. I ordered a lasagna and my wife had shrimp risotto. The quality of the meat in the lasagna was amazingly flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. None of the lasagna was burnt on the edges which often happens at places that don't know what they're doing, I was really satisfied with the dish and would totally come back again. My wife also really loved her food, although she couldn't finish it. The prices were also super reasonable and I felt I got a good value for the quality of the food. Totally would recommend, please come! Our waiter was attentive and also courteous. The only place I could possibly take away some points would be from the decor of the store. It's obvious that it's a metal frame building and their interior design choices are "extremely" modern, and not well thought out. But honestly the place is clean and the food is so good it doesn't matter how goofy the design is. Tiramisu is also really great and is also handmade. Best tasting tiramisu I've had in a while.

Really enjoyed our evening out at this lovely, family friendly, Italian restaurant. The food and drinks were great. Service was pretty good as well. We started with cocktails and oh my goodness, the Colada Verde was amazing. It was creamy and delightful, sweet, with a minty bite from the absinthe. You could taste each ingredient, which blended so well. We also tried a watermelon mojito, which tasted great and looked really cool. To start we shared a caprese salad, which they split into two plates for us. This was excellent!! Really nicely done. We also had the meatball plate. Also good, although an interesting combo with the meatballs served on polenta that was a consistency of grits, which was nice. Our main meals were lasagna - delicious, and a chicken and mushroom pappardelle pasta which was creamy, rich, and delicious. And dessert, of course! Delicious panna cotta and tiramisu. Not good. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere and highly recommend. Relaxed atmosphere and great menu options. I’m not sure if there’s a kids menu but it seemed like it would be family friendly.

Second visit here, first was about the same. Seven for dinner after 7pm on a Friday night. Atmosphere is nothing much, but the service is good. As for the food, the pasta is fresh and everything is cooked perfectly. With that said, the cost is pricey considering the small portion size. In my dish, the pappardelle with roasted chicken and mushrooms, the amount of mushrooms was lacking and I'm not sure if there was any truffle oil at all. Others needed salt and pepper, and no one was overwhelmed by flavor, but everyone was satisfied with the freshness and other aspects of their meal. I would recommend giving it a try or two yourself, as for me I would likely go again and try different entre.

Underwhelmed and disappointed are the kindest words I can use to describe our experience, and I only use them because our server tried very hard to compensate for all the other ways Cucina 503 fell completely flat on its face.

The hosts were printing out menus, so when we finally were seated, we had to wait a bit for menus…and water…and a server. I’m quite certain we didn’t get who was actually supposed to be our server, neither did the table next to us, because our server that finally arrived said, “I don’t know where she is so I guess I’ll get you.” The menus, once we received them, didn’t match the entrees for the evening. I’m super confused why everyone raves about the food. Other than the mussels, everything else was lackluster at best. Some other review compared it to Stouffer’s (I wish we would have read that sooner)— yeah, that’s accurate. I had the gnocchi, all eight of them. The lasagna was good, but the duck was meh, and green beans were cold and looked sad and shriveled. Drinks were hardly refilled…Again, our server tried his hardest, weaving in humor to lighten the mood, which was the brightest part of the night, because some host literally took one of our lamps and gave it to another table. The entire staff we encountered exuded inexperience, except our server. By the end, one of my party members stated “I would have rather gone to Olive Garden,” which barely passes for Italian food. I’m not a food critic, but I sure expect a whole lot more for that price point. Will...

Very terrible experience. From the moment we walked in we felt unwelcome. My husband and I had reservations but were told we could not be seated right away because they were about to seat another party. The wait was about 10 minutes. After we got to our table, we sat for another 15 minutes and no one waited on us, offered us water, or even spoke to us. We had to ask for a waiter. When we were finally checked on, the waitress took our drink order and never came back. Ten minutes later we were assigned a new waitress. One of color… She was not waiting on any other tables in our section. It’s like she was assigned to us. We sat for a total of over 40 minutes without even being given bread. When we called the manager over to ask if there was an issue, he said they were just trying to keep up with the rush, but every other table that was sat after us had drinks, bread, some even had their food. We will definitely never visit Cucina 503 ever again.

Edited to add the only prompt service we received was after we decided to just pay for our drinks and go. The waitress told us to take our time paying, and came back to check if we were ready to pay not even two...
