I called Dominoās and place the order for delivery. The lady on the phone let me know that the delivery will be here within 18 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes go by Iāll call the Dominoās that I ordered pizza from and they told me they never gotten an order for me at my location. I begin to tell them well. Iāve already paid for the pizza so where did the order go? Theyāre like maybe at another location so the lady on the phone gave me the location that it might have went to I called that location and the guy tells me yeah the order got sent here, but I canceled it. No one called to let me know the order was canceled. I have been sitting here waiting on a pizza for over an hour so the guy tells me yeah I canceled your order and I called the other store so that they can make your pizza and send it to you. He then begins to tell me well. Iāll call over there and speak with the manager and have them make your pizza and have it sent out to you for free. I said OK another 30 minutes pass. Iāll call the store again. Another guy picks up the phone and tells me that theyāre not allowed to do that. I said no one was gonna call and tell me he pretty much said no, but we can make you free pizza here but you have to come and pick it up. I said no thank you and hung up those two locations suck and I will never order pizza from neither one of those places again the communication is zero out of 100. Our food was great and our delivery driver Shea was so nice, respectful of our property and has been the only delivery person from this location to follow the no contact policy which is appreciated since we have many high risk individuals in our family, if I was rating her it'd be 5+ stars EASILY. My problem is more of the customer service from the store specifically, I called to speak with a manager to talk to them about how much we appreciated her and that I wanted them to know she is doing great and has the past few deliveries. The manager I got sounded like he hated his job, had no enthusiasm and made me feel like I was wasting time by calling. I've done food service, childcare, retail, you name it and my managers or bosses always made it known they appreciated feed back on ALL employees and they truly did relay any messages or praises to us so we knew we were doing great, but sadly I dont think my message will actually be relayed. I love Shea and how sweet she is but I think we won't be ordering from this location again, if we even order from Domino's again. I truly believe praising your workers and listening to your customers should be something you show more enthusiasm for and it doesnt seem to be present at...

I waited a few more minutes & got an apology email for the delivery not being what's expected, so I called the store. I inform the person on the other end of my dilemma & they put me on hold for a while - I get told the driver saw my specific cars in my driveway, hand delivered the food to me & basically told that I was lying about not receiving my food. I was then told to send my RING CAMERA footage to the manager to prove no one showed up at my door & even after obliging to this, was told that if the driver said he recognized my porch that there's nothing that could be done unless I disputed the charge with my bank. I get confusing addresses & that some people can be dishonest, but why would anyone go to this length just to get extra free food? And since WHEN does a customer have to send video proof that they didn't get the food they paid money for??? I had to drive up to the store & confront the driver & manager to get my refund.
