The pizza was first delivered to us cold nearly uncooked in the center, and outside crust was hard as a rock. Contacted store I was told it would be an hour and 30- 45 minutes for them I to replace it. I tweeted the corporate office and they responded within 3 days, nothing happened, I retweeted corporate and the store manager did call me to apologise which I appreciated and he gave me a credit in the system. I did have to go to Wendy's the evening of the screw up, I couldn't wait another hour and 45 minutes to feed the kids. (FUNNY THING) I CALLED THEM ON 01/03/2020 to order another pizza and to use the credit they gave me. A younger sounding girl answered to take my order, she was nice and all friendly, then I mentioned I had a replacement credit..LOL IN A HARSHER TONE * QUOTE IT WILL BE AND HOUR AND A HALF, I SAID OK TELL THEM NOT TO DRIVE FAST ( Because of the rain and bad weather) sir it will be $2+ Some change, ok I said I thought there was no charge, it's for the delivery.. ( First they screwed up my first $29.00 order which was of no fault of mine, but their damn well going to get a couple of dollars. You know they go out of the way to regenerate my first order I am sure mainly to keep me as a customer, and a sarcastic young girl want their $2.00. Great I'll pay the $2.+ and after I receive my order I will take their phone numbers out of my phone. It will be Pizza hunt, or if I have time you ca not get better pizza from georgios or believe it or not the QT QUICK TRIP has the best fast pizza around. I am not upset about their $2+, it 99.5 the attitude of the younger sounding laddy taking my order.. Ok it's 1 hour and 30-45 minutes, do you not want my order because you're busy, that what it sounded like.... I have a YouTube channel and I am so so blessed to have 4.87million followers. I have both calls recorded because I have my phone to record automatically for all in and out going calls. I will up load these conversations and check back here for a link to listen. Read moreOne of the finest Dominos I have been to in terms of customer service and experience. Have been to this Dominos store location twice already and the recent visit was yesterday night to pick up my 5 Topping Medium sized Pan Pizza. All the toppings were from Veggies section.
The pizza was made and ready for pick up well in advance and there was literally no wait time at this location considering both of my previous occasions. Considering yesterday was a Monday I feel it wasn’t crowded or there were too many people waiting to get their food. The waiter was so nice and this location is probably the best when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. He came in and gave it to me with a smiling face. And this one was a car side delivery.
The downside of this place is that both the times I ordered a pizza it was not cooked to perfection or cut to perfection I feel. There was too much cheese and the sections were not equal or nicely pie cut. I feel it could have been better and also the mushroom toppings were supposed to be on one side only but it was very very less hardly covered only 2 slices of a medium pizza. I really wish they could take care of these kind of specific instructions we provide over the Dominos app at the time of ordering them.
BOTTOMLINE: If you want your pizza to be picked up on time and delivered at your car with a smiling face then this should be your dominos location. But be careful of the way it’s cooked sometimes. It may not be...
Read moreIf zero stars were a selection....I had a problem with a pizza I purchased at the Cumming GA location and called the store about it in which case I got a young man on the phone. I had asked for extra sauce on it with pepperoni and mushrooms on one half of it and just regular cheese on the other. I'm usually not one to complain as I'm thankful just to be alive. However, after about the third thing wrong with it, if I were a business owner and I am, I'd want to know. The pizza arrived on a deformed crust that was missing a bit over one eighth of the pie. My grandson can't have mushrooms or pepperoni so we needed half to just be cheese. The young guy I was speaking with did his best to tell me what a great job they did and didn't listen to one word his customer was saying. There was no extra sauce...He said he did great on that. Mushrooms and pepperoni on seperate halves....He brushed it off like it was no big deal and deflected as well as he did with the defective crust. After we went back and forth for a minute or two I had asked him for his name and refused to give it stating that the store owner told him he didn't have to give his name. I had asked that the store owner or GM give me a call back and never heard back. This company is so braindead that they have gotten rid of the ability to contact any kind of customer service rep.
