Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

The customer service at this location is laughable at best. The GM - Angela, or that's the name she gave as there were no name tags for anyone at the location, stated that they could not sell me a pizza because all they had in the drawer were one and fives. I've purchased several times from this location using large bills before and asked her, or anyone, to show me where it states in the store that they would not sell to anyone who had a larger bill than a 10 or 20 - there is NO sign stating this. I asked how I could get my order handled and she just shrugged her shoulder. I asked for contact information for the owner and she would only give the 1-800 number which I called and it stated to contact the actual store for customer service issues. I went back into the store and put the phone on speaker and let her listen to the message and all I got was more shoulder shrugs. I asked when the owner, or someone higher than her, would be in the store and again got shoulder shrugs. I cannot fathom how this, or any other business, could operate efficiently or receive any repeat customers with such apathetic leadership. I used to drive out of my way to come to this location but I will definitely not be doing that anymore- or any Dominos locations since this is how they treat customers. If Mr. Fox, who she said is the owner, would like to contact me I'd be more than happy to speak to him as to such apathy he has running...

This store is ALWAYS on top of it!!! I get delivery from them about once a month. During the Covid and holidays, I ordered delivery a little more than Normal. They were short staffed and apparently overworked. Because of contactless delivery, I often have them leave my order in the garage. One evening I left them something in return. A big bag Of chocolates and treats to share with everyone. Just to show them a little appreciation and let them know how thankful I am for them. Not Thinking anything else of it, I ordered delivery last night & my driver happened to be the same one that picked up their goody bag months ago. I can’t remember his name but we talked for a minute when he dropped it off and he thanked me for what I did. Said it made their, short staffed, overworked shift so much better!!! That made MY night. Knowing that one little act of kindness helped them survive their shift! I didn’t do it to get praise or Recognization. I did it because they are always so nice, friendly and polite when they deliver and deserve appreciation. Thompson Bridge Dominos deserves the recognization and maybe even an award for...

Like a fool, I've ordered from here multiple times over the years. We have limited options when it comes to food delivery. They have messed up my order so many times that I honestly lost count. I don't like to complain because I'm always afraid they will spit in my food or something. The last pizza I will ever buy there was very late. I watched the driver pass my driveway then he slams on the brakes and backs up. When he pulled up, there was a strong smell of weed coming from the car. I get the pizza inside and open it to find it looked like they played hot potato with it before sending it out. All the cheese, ALL of it, was stuck to the lid of the box. I'm almost positive it was from the driver hitting the brakes so hard. The whole place looks like its ran by kids. I talked to a manager and I told him the service has went downhill. If you want some kids that act like they just don't care to make your food, this is the place for you. Its overpriced too. Just walk up to kroger and buy a frozen pizza and save yourself some money...
