First and last time ever going to Dunkin Donuts. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life. If this is how Dunkin Donuts treats the country’s war vets then I want no parts of it. The young lady at the drive thru already had a terrible attitude. My friend wanted to add on an iced tea so when I got to the first window, I asked the young lady if we could add the sweet tea. Instantly her attitude got even worse, she snatched my card, started talking trash about how we need to know what we want when we’re ordering and she also said something under her breath that she didn’t think I heard but I’ll leave that alone because race was involved in that particularly statement she made. I’m fully aware of my disabilities as a war vet including my mental disabilities which is why when faced with conflict, I get silent. When she handed me my card back, she kind of tossed it so it fell in my car and I had to pick it up off the floor which made her even more upset because she kept telling me that I needed to pull forward. Once I get my card and pull forward, we were given our drinks and it took forever for our food to come out and when it did, the assistant manager gave it to us. He’s a great gentleman and I believe he handled the situation accordingly given the fact that when I was explaining to him the disrespect that had just occurred, the rude young lady kept interrupting saying that we were holding up the line. The assistant manager knew exactly who I was talking about as soon as I started talking which told me all I need to know about the young lady. On top of that, the food was absolute TRASH! My bacon, egg ,and cheese bagel was burnt and had no bacon on it so yea due to poor food quality and horrible customer service I will definitely be taking this up as high as it needs to go because it’s not enough space for me to write out all the disrespect we experienced from that young lady. I was just trying to hit...

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was just too frustrating to ignore. I stopped by this Dunkin’ hoping for a quick coffee and donut before work, and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a simple order. The line barely moved, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone.
The manager was the worst part. Not only was she snappy and dismissive, but she acted like customers were an inconvenience. No greeting, no apology for the wait just attitude. When I asked about my order, she rolled her eyes and gave me a sarcastic response. It was honestly embarrassing.
I genuinely feel bad for the new hires working under her. You can tell some of them are trying, but with leadership like that, it’s hard to imagine anyone thriving. They’re just here trying to earn a paycheck, and instead they’re stuck in a toxic environment.
I get that mornings can be hectic, but there’s no excuse for treating people like that. Terrible customer service, long wait times, and a manager who clearly doesn’t care. I won’t be...
Read moreI had an absolutely 5-star experience at Dunkin Donuts. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a genuine welcome that instantly made me feel like a valued customer. The employees were not only fast and efficient, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to make sure my order was just right and exactly the way I like it! The store is clean, well-organized, and inviting, which really shows that the management takes pride in running things smoothly. You can tell the team works well together, and that comes from great leadership. The manager was present, engaged with both the staff and customers, and clearly creates an environment where everyone feels motivated to do their best. Overall, everything about my visit—from the customer service to the quality of the food and drinks—was excellent. This Dunkin Donuts location is a perfect example of what a 5-star...
