I was here about 11:15-11:25am 09/21/24. Do not go to this Dunkin. I live 5 minutes away so it seemed convenient to come to this dunkin and not walk into Kroger with my baby for Starbucks. Wonât be making that mistake again. First the menu was broken. Not a big deal but the lady sounded annoyed that I couldnât hear her especially because the train was coming by, then I pull up and the kid asks me if my order is with the mocha cappuccino I said yes, he took my payment and handed me my food and walked away. Iâm sitting there waiting for my drink and another kid came back asking what I was waiting for and I told him my drink he said okay walked away, then a few minutes later he comes back and says pull up to the next window. So I wait. The young girl comes giggling and smiling at someone behind her with my drink and it doesnât look right. I ask her âis the a iced mocha cappuccinoâ and she (while giggling) said yes we accidentally blended it. LIKE WHAT. Iâve been to the dunkin off of Gainesville plenty of times and this was not a iced mocha cappuccino. She gave me a straw and walked away laughing. And I go home and sit down. I open my daughters hashbrowns. They were SOGGY. I go to taste my drink which now the foam has died down a little bit. The drink is not even full and tasted SOUR. Very upset. Was just trying to treat my husband, kid, and I to breakfast and me a coffee atleast. The only good part was the donuts. This is the first and last time at this location. Iâll either go to the jesse jewel dunkin (who also has young kids working but they do not act like this) or Iâll go to Starbucks. Donât waste your time at this location. Nobody expects them to be robotic and serious, itâs Dunkinâ Donuts. But better service and care for people who are ordering and what they are ordering. Iâm not old either Iâm in my mid 20âs so I understand what itâs like to want to have fun while I work. However, you still need to do your job properly. Had my drink come out fine and food not soggy, I wouldnât have minded them being goofy, however there is a difference between being goofy and completely goofing off to the point where you canât even get your job done. Someone needs to look into who is working here. Added a picture of my drink when I sat down to drink it not even...
Read moreMy husband and I went through the drive thru on Sunday August the 25th to get a cup of coffee. My husband started off by saying, âGood morning.â The gal (Keisha) on the other end (taking the order) said, âWhat chou want?â My husband proceeded to place the order, both slowly, and clearly. She had us repeat it 3 times and after the 2nd time she said, âwhat was it you want?â by then, I was like âwow.â We asked for cinnamon sprinkled on top, and she said, âwe donât have thatâ and I said, âyes you do.â Then she said, âwe donât have cinnamon syrup or flavor.â- in a snarky way. Then I said, â itâs cinnamon powder that you sprinkle on top.â Then she said, even more rudely, âwe donât have that, is that it?.â Iâm like fine, thatâs all and we pulled around. When we got to the window, my husband asked, â Who was taking the order?â She was standing in the background, and said, âme.â He said, âwhy were you so rude?â She said,âyou canât be rude and not expect to get it right back! I heard your wife say, âwowâ and we hear everything!â After explaining to her that her behavior wasnât warranted she said, âdonât test me.â My husband asked her name and she said, âKeisha.â I said, âIâll be contacting corporate,â and she said, âgo ahead.â The, âdonât test me part,â was as if to threaten. Like, what are you planning to do?
Someone heard everything and I did get cinnamon sprinkled onto my coffee. The young gal who handed me my coffee was sweet, polite, and you could tell she felt uncomfortable. We wished her a good day and left.
Manners and effective listening goes along way. She would do well to implement this...
Read moreOn August 5, 2025, at 6:31 PM, I placed an order through DoorDash from your location (Check #3386). When the driver delivered the order, I opened the sealed bagâprovided to the driver by a staff member at Dunkin' Donutsâand discovered that every single donut was incorrect.
I immediately contacted the store to report the issue and asked if I could come in to pick up the correct items. I explained that my original order consisted of five double frosted, two double chocolate, five glazed, and three Star Spangled donuts. I was then informed that none of those items were available.
I asked whether the incorrect donuts had been intentionally substituted without notifying me. The employee responded that she wasnât the one who packed the order but acknowledged that someone at the store had. She advised me to mark the items as incorrect on the DoorDash app but warned that doing so would negatively impact the driverâwho was not at fault. I expressed this concern and asked if a store credit could be issued instead, which she refused.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At a minimum, the order should have been declined if the items were unavailable. I would never knowingly mislead a customer, and I do believe this matter should be taken seriously.
To make the situation even more concerning, one of the donuts I received contained coconutâa serious allergen for me. Including a known allergen without warning is not only careless but dangerous, and could have led to a medical emergency.
As a result of this experience, I will not...
