Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered something simple, the Big n Toasted. That's all. I took away 3 stars because not only did you forget the cheese. (I freaking love cheese) BUT it looked like you literally tossed it together. The sandwich looked very sad, bread was not put on together and it was squished. I was in too much of a hurry to turn back for cheese. Luckily it was Hot! So when I arrived at my destination I was able to grab a slice of cheese from them.

Took off another star. I can't have too much caffeine, ordered a decaf but they gave me regular. I asked them if they are sure it's decaf, guys just said yes. Doesn't seem like he checked. My stomach and nausea is telling me different. If You're pregnant and watching caffeine intake... Be careful...

My wife and I came to this place to grab some donuts for our sons school today and the guy working the register didn’t know how to run your own gift cards… Because of his lack of training we ended up having to pay out of pocket. The gentleman also barely spoke english making it extremely hard to translate that these cards were brand new and good to go (we activated them and checked the balance before arrival). It is pretty obvious that your staff has not been trained adequately on how to run gift cards and unfortunately we did not have time to speak to a manager this morning to get the issue resolved. The whole experience was just terrible. Thanks...

I have Been coming here for the past 5+ Years! Never had a argument or a bad service at the store or drive through! As of today That Hispanic Girl (Puertoriqueña) (white/Hispanic) Dunkin’ Donuts Has hired is TRASH! Unbelievable how bad customer service she has! Attitude from the drive through/window and up front cashier! I am Talking to the Mannager and she still want to come up disrespectful talking above us!
