Yesterday before work I decided to visit this establishment for the first time since moving into the neighborhood to bring some back to my kids before school. First off, they didnāt look fresh but I decided to still give it a go. Tried one donut with chocolate glaze, and refused to give them to my children. I couldnāt get back to the store until this morning (8.29.2023) after taking my husband to work and decided to go through the drive through. I wasnāt greeted. I was asked if I had an order. Upon hearing no, the young lady (Caucasian woman) working this day morning shift (for leadership thatās reading this and care and want to follow up so no other patron experiences this), immediately turned around and grabbed the manager (African American woman) instead of probing and asking questions to see what was going on. With a confused look on her face (manager) I explained I couldnāt get back to them because I had to work all day into the evening and got there to speak to someone this morning about the product and my experience. She asked if I had a receipt which I was not given one but the transaction shows with my financial institution. I wouldāve taken replacements but she went ahead and provided a refund and said āSorry about thatā. I am taking time out of my day before my shift begins to express my concern. I work hard for the money I earn and for someone to just give me a poor product, like day old donuts, is utterly disrespectful. Then to turn around and seek assistance, and the undeserved treatment, I will never be back. For some of you that it is just routine to stop there because you need something before work, consider this review. They donāt care. So why are you consuming a product from folks that could care less and are there for just a check? It may not be everyone but as an employee you represent the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give a negative score, I would. I went to this location today, 03/27/2017. I went through the drive through and while I was placing my order for me and my child, I was cut off half way through my order, and the lady tried to give me a total. I told her I was not finished. She proceeded to huff, and say "ok?" I then tried to finish my order. I got one more piece of my order out of my mouth and she tried to give me another total. I just continued to place my order. She finally gave me the correct total. I pulled up to the window and what do you know! She's a MANAGER! She didn't say anything, she just stuck her hand out of the window for my card. She took my card, which the magnetic strip is messed up. That's not her fault but I told her she would have to type it in. She didn't bother. Then she tried to hand me my card and say it declined with insufficient funds.... Excuse me, first of all, that's the oldest trick in the book in retail. Sitting there trying to embarrass someone because they irritated you because you're impatient. Second of all, I know how much is on my card and I ended up going to another Dunkin Donuts and my card worked just fine on the first slide. I then asked her one more time to type it in. She got an attitude and told me not to tell her what to do. She then handed my card over to another manager and she also refused to type in my card. I told her I was going to call her district manager and she shoved my card back in my face. To make sure I wasn't just being a jerk, I called my bank and they said there was nothing wrong with my card. I called corporate while still sitting in the parking lot. I went to the location on hwy 92 in Roswell and had no issues. IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION, I RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here a few times. The people are not kind or even the slightest bit nice. I have worked many customer service jobs, still do, in a drive through style as well. I do not complain at all, but when you order something and it comes to you one thing burnt and the other compleatly wrong I had to say something. I had to ask for the doughnut after they gave me the sandwich at the window. I open the sanwich and was understandable with it being burnt, but then the doughnut was wrong and that made it a total fail, So I called the store, phone was picked up but no one said anything for a little bit then I hear hold please. So I waited and underatood but hung up after a few minutes. Wish I could help you guys but i will end with this: I dont want anything I just wish that the service there would get better, pretend to be happy you have a job and are able to work (some people are unable to and can not afford to keep food on the table), be happy you can get some money by doing this, be kind to your customers because that is what helps you keep that job and get a raise, learn your product (if you dont know ask for help), but at...
