Gutbusters Breakfast - Lilburn — Restaurant in Georgia

This is unacceptable, just nasty!!!🤨🤔🤬🤬🤬 I came to Lilburn to service my vehicle & decided to order breakfast at your establishment. It was a terrible decision! Horrible presentation: half cooked bacon, black wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes piled in one corner of the sandwich, bread soggy, just disgusting. You should feel embarrassed to call this a finished product 😕 10 min & 6 sec phone call: The 1st young man who answered the phone sounded like he had cotton in his mouth, mumbling. I could barely understand him. I was put on hold twice and only spoke with your staff for no more than 25 seconds, the rest of the time I was holding. Thr manager identified himself by Jeffrey, he attempted to rectify the situation by offering a replacement. First of all, at this point, I don't feel comfortable ingesting anything else from your establishment. Secondly, I live on the other side of town so NO, I'm not coming back EVER AGAIN!!! More & more recently, food quality has been unacceptable & customer service is at an all-time low. I promised myself that I was going to address this foolishness moving forward. First let me start by saying this year I am trying places I’ve NEVER had, been living in Georgia since ‘94 & I do have my go to spots but I wanted to expand my tastebuds this year. Today I decided to try Gutbuster’s. I was going to order online but decided to go get my food, so I ended up driving about an hour. I am upset that I neglected to photograph my salmon cakes, I ate those in the car, & honestly I’m upset I didn’t order more…😭😮‍💨I got a #13 which is the shrimp & grits with some cheese, because it’s the ONLY way to reach happiness in your belly. I also got an order of pancakes. I conclude that I WILL order from them again, ESPECIALLY their bomb bowl, I mean the shrimp & grits….it reminded me of Cajun style but not so much kick. Food is ok for the money. The customer service is mediocre until you have a problem. I placed and paid for a catered order to be picked up on Christmas Eve before the closed of business. I was unable to pick up the order and when I came to pick it up the day after Christmas ( they were closed on Christmas ) the manager informed me that my order had been thrown out ( which I find difficult to believe ) and I will not receive a refund. I left a message for the the owner and sent an email. He has not responded to my emails or phone calls. I find this extremely disturbing because I paid for a product I never received. There is no All Sales are Final or No refund policy on their website. They have basically robbed me of my money and the manager had a nonchalant attitude about the whole situation.
