Terrible experience!! Do not waste your time and money at this location! I waited over an hour for my order, and instead of an apology, I was told that “we’re under construction and we are busy”, and then hung up on me. I placed an order for pickup at this location. when I got to the store, I waited about 20 minutes in line to get to the intercom to speak with someone. They greeted me and asked me to wait a moment. There was a sign by the intercom that said to call a number for an online order. I called the number provided, and all I heard was a busy tone. I called 5 more times before someone came to the microphone/intercom. I told her that I was there to pick up my order. Her response was, “do you not see the sign?”. I answered yes, and that I called several times and it did not work. I called the number while she was on the microphone, and all of the sudden, it magically worked…That was very interesting to me.. either way, she asked for my name and then told me to find a parking spot, which I did. After waiting about 10 minutes in parking. I called and told the lady that I’ve been waiting here, how will they know what vehicle I am in, or will they call me, etc. Trying to figure out their process. They asked for my name and vehicle description. The lady on the phone acknowledged that she saw me/my vehicle… I waited another 25 minutes and I called again. This time I asked if it would be easier to cancel this order and then go in line, like everyone else that was coming and going. The person on the phone told me it would take longer… It was interesting because I heard other employees saying, “yea, she could have been here for that long.” As they indicated that I was lying about how long they had me waiting… To make matters worse, they asked me again what vehicle I was driving…at this point I’m ready to go and want my money back. That’s when the lady on the phone told me that my order was ready. I told her that this was not a good experience, and that’s when she told me “ We are under construction, we’re busy, and she hung up on me.. I went to the door, collected my order and left.
It’s one thing to be rude to others that are being rude to you. When you are rude to customers that are expressing their concerns, not irate, and they are being disrespected.. It doesn’t only affect the reputation for this location, but the whole company! Your customer’s experience matters!!
Please, do not waste your time and money here! Your experience matters, especially when...
Read moreWhile the food always comes out at adequate quality, their service is -and always has been- god-awful. I don't recall a single order not missing at least one component, ever. So what compels me to now finally review this place I've been frequenting for years? My most recent order has been butchered worse than ever before. Not only did they, after I double-checked if everything was ready, neglect to give me a receipt, napkins, and the honey and hot sauce (both of which are free of charge), but they also forgot to give me the two premium sauces I had paid for. I only realized this at home and decided to come back to grab these items. Surprisingly, they actually did okay there and provided me with everything I was missing (still no receipt, though). Then, back at home, I realized they also didn't give us a single thigh, even though the ten pieces usually come with at least one, if not two. Oh well, at least the package contained all ten pieces, so I'm not gonna dwell on this. What was the tipping point, though, was that one of the two bags of sweet tea, which collectively make up a gallon's worth, wasn't actually sweet tea at all. Much to my dismay, after finishing the first bag of sweet tea, which was of adequate quality, I had to realize the second bag contained UNSWEETENED TEA - here in the south; imagine that! Of course there's no way for me to get a refund, or a coupon, because the employees didn't feel like giving me a receipt, so all I can do is comment here and hope the manager realizes most of his/her employees do not give a rat's behind about their jobs or their customers. I should have known this was about to happen when half the employees refuse to wear a mask during COVID, which I'm sure is a restaurant policy, no? It has to be pure negligence, because I doubt the employees are that stupid. They know exactly what they're doing, but they simply don't care.
As for the manager, I hope you're aware your employees reflect your values. If your values are "I don't care about anyone, and I think I can get away with exploiting the general public for money.", feel free to keep these people around and watch your business slowly crumble. If your policy aligns more with the good in the world, seriously reconsider each and every last one of these hires, to filter out the bad ones...
Read moreDO NOT GOT HERE! First off we waited in line for about 20 minutes just to order. When we finally got up to the microphone to order it took another five or six minutes to order because every time we told the lady what we want and she started talking above us to someone else arguing with them about completing their task inside. Thus making her ask ask again what do we want. We finally get to order and we wait about another 10 minutes before we actually get out of order. The lady hands my dad one drink he turns to me to give it to me as I was sitting in the passenger seat and not five seconds later she sang here here's your other drink with an attitude like we're taking too long to just pass off one single drink and that waiting another three seconds will just be so much for her. As he's getting the other drink from her he turns to ask her for are dipping sauces 4r chicken tenders and my double Dippers that supposed to come with the parmesan and ranch sauce. With what seemed like a sarcastic response she says I already put them in there when you ask for it at the microphone. We'll needless to say fuees what we didn't get? Yup no straws, no forks for out two red beans and rice (one was a large). We get our drinks and realize that in this hot day they gave us two drinks without ice and not cold at all. Definitely warm on a HOT GEORGIA SUMMER DAY. I will not be returning to this Popeyes anymore. Unfriendly customer service, arguing are most employees over the microphone lack of patience with customers, slow service, order was sloppy just an overall bad bad experience. Oh well just the one positive thing was I got 7 double-dippers instead of 6 and my dad got four chicken tenders instead of three. I guess that makes up for...
