Went on a busy day for a pick up order in the drive through. Was behind a car forever & finally went inside to get my smoothie to find several customers inside, along with a full drive thru & only 4 employees- one in particular who I’d guess was new & a little overwhelmed. I’m sad to say that I did not have the best attitude. But despite all of this I was greeted with a smile by Ashley, & quickly taken care of with her immediately offering to refresh my smoothie, & an apology. When I apologized for being a jerk she gave me a full pass & told me she could relate & to not worry. But given the circumstances , 4 young employees being put through the wringer, they did great & I want them all to know they are appreciated. I promised Ashley that I would leave a good review to make up for my bad attitude and then I unfortunately forgot her name but upon ordering again, I spoke with Madison. She was very helpful and accommodating and helped me to figure out who she was. She also helped me to know how to deal with the survey confirmation codes so I could use my $1 off rewards given when I complete them. So this review is for Ashley, for impeccable service and for keeping her cool under pressure and also for Madison, for being so helpful and supportive of her coworkers. & to the rest of the crew, even though I didn’t deal with you personally, you were working very hard and I hope you know it was noticed. Read moreWhere do I begin.. they messed up my order on a Friday. Ron (manager/owner) said I can come back and they would make it right. I could not get back there so I called on Monday and explained the situation to a female manager. She said Ron (which I assume is the owner) did not write my name down, so there is nothing she can do. I told her I would call Tuesday to see if Ron is there so I can talk to him. Tuesday comes…….I call and a female manager answers (the worst anttitude) and said they already made the bowl and I picked it up already!! I informed her I did not pick it up and considering the day before she said my name was not on the board. I then told her to rewind the camera to see if I picked it up. She said no we will not do that. I asked her for her name and she hung up on me.
If I was lying WHY would I go this hard for a $12 fruit bowl!!!
So I drove there and she continued telling me I picked it up and she would not give me her name!!!! She walked away! Another employee called Ron and he came and I explained the situation to him. Instead of him making it right he said he will review the cameras and to call him in the morning!!!

Read moreI visited the Smoothie King in Stone Mountain to order a PB Swizzle Bowl through the drive-thru. After paying, I was told to pull up and that my order would be brought out. After waiting a long time, I noticed people walking out with their items and cars behind me getting served, but I still hadn’t received mine.
Frustrated, I went inside to check on my order. I found three employees and a crowd of people waiting for their items. When I asked about my bowl, they informed me that they had lost my ticket and given my order away.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty. No one apologized or offered to make it right by accommodating me with another item.
