Placed an order online because i visited Georgia last yr and wanted some flowers to take to my sister's house. I went into the shop to order and was happy with my purchase. I took their business card and promised to order again because i was so happy. I am from NY so it's nice to have a florist there that i can use directly. Fast forward to now. My parents just moved into their new home there so I wanted to send them a congratulations bouquet so I ordered a bouquet online and then called to let them know. I ordered a beautiful vivid bouquet and what my parents received was not close to the colors. I was surprised to see it didn't look any like it. Not too happy. One on the right was ordered and one on the left was received. Also they left half the message off the card as to who the flowers were from. They rang the doorbell but never waited to hand the flowers to anyone but instead left them on the ground by the front door. Keep in mind mom was home.

As you can see, I don’t leave many reviews, but I have to this time… So, I ordered the picture on the left from ProFlowers days ahead for Mother’s Day. I paid a pretty hefty amount, too. The picture on the right is what they sent me. The person who delivered didn’t even greet my mother. Luckily, I called ProFlowers and sent them this picture and they gave me a full refund. The customer service person also started laughing with me in disbelief of how inaccurate the flowers are. You’re better off getting high quality flowers from Sam’s Club than going here unfortunately.

Yet again "From You Flowers" failed to deliver quality! Used Hosanna Flowers and Gifts paid for PREMIUM upgrade was suppose to have 2 balloons instead we got this sparsely full vase of carnations & rose combo, 1 balloon that was already deflating the bear surely was not big! I would be scared to see a normal arrangement by this florists ! Once FROM YOU FLOWERS took the joy from a first time Dad and deflated the whole thing! Said he wish he'd known that's where we had ordered from and would have never used From you Flowers! RUN FROM THEM AND HOSANNA FLOWERS & Gifts

I can't say enough great things about Hossana Flowers and Gifts. Thank you for giving me "faith" in ordering flowers online again!! I ordered Flower online for my wife for our 10th anniversary. I am very happy to say that what I ordered online was exactly what was delivered. My wife was over the moon by the flower and the details. Ordering online can be very frustrating when it comes to flowers. Too many times I have ordered something and paid quite well only to find out that I got a very "poor representation" for the money spent. This however was NOT the case at Hosanna Flowers and Gifts.
