Hardee’s — Restaurant in Georgia

Went through drive thru this evening,at this specific location.We just moved here and i was very much looking forward to a frisco burger. And then the drive thru attendant calls the order back to me at window and she only calls back half the order.so i asked her if she got the other combo as well and just stares at me as if im not good enough for to need to answer the question.so i ask her uf shes not going to answer me and she says no that i am being rude and i can go on and runs away from closing drive thru window. I wasnt rude.she was rude and disrespectful and embarrassed me beyond belief in front of my husband and children. I did nothing but show up for dinner and i was treated as if i wasnt worthy of her time to be civil or even care if she had my order correct.Called store manager who also says she was to busy to discuss her employees extremely odd and rude behavior.Corporate seems more apologetic .and should have someone calling me back soon. But that particular little drive thru attendant should change her nasty attitude and be more polite to paying patrons.and she should really be ashamed of how she acted and should apologize for having disrespected and embarrassed me...

Well, this particular visit was incredibly underwhelming. We had went to a different Hardee store earlier today and tried the double burger sliders and they wete wonderful. The fries were hot and so we went again this evening to treat some family members to the same. The order came out completely wrong after I was explicit about our order. I mentioned the fries from our last visit to this store being cold. So, I had to pull by into the store, explain to the person whom I assume was the mgr. Because she had the only shirt on with syriped sleeves. Well, they took tbe original sliders and put the requested condiments on them and got fresh fries because even after saying our last visit they were cold. They were cold/old again. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Just put the bag on the counter and walked away. Originally I did the drive thru but I went in with the situation. The burgers were cold and dry by now but the fries were a little hotter. The attitude was unprofessional. The experience was completely unsatisfactory. We won't be going to this location anytime in the near future. It was a complete waste of time,...

I have eaten at this restaurant location about a dozen times and the food was usually OK but there was always a long wait. Not that it was ever busy, just took a long time to prepare food. Saturday I went in around 6:30 and there wasn't a single other customer there and no employees behind the counter. After I hollered a couple time a lady came out of the office and I asked her if they were open. She said yes but asked how I intended to pay. She said their credit card machine was down which can happen to any store/restaurant. I wen't ahead and ordered a burger and an order of fries. In less than 3 minutes they had my order ready which should have raised my red flags. When I got home I discovered the burger was all dried out as though it had been setting on the back of the grill for an hour or so and the fries were uneatable. Tasted like the frying oil hadn't been changed in ages. $8 and change for garbage. Wake up franchise owner, manager, and employees. You are going to all lose your jobs with that kind of pitiful dealing with...
