Went through app and ordered 2 coca colada bowls ... usually we go in and order, came to pick up and young lady went to the freezer to get them (I arrived as app suggested 18 - 23 min after ordering.) I took them to the car and home immediately... then we opened them and they were like soup. This is at 8:30 ish time frame of night...so we were not going straight back at that time of night. Anyway, next am went in to shop and asked what they could do? I spent approximately $25 for a VERY POOR PRODUCT (and had proof of purchase in app including time) I thought they would do something for us. The young lady at front was very nice, she called the manager and was told they could not do anything for us... (because I didn't bring the containers back in) give them a coupon. I already had coupons through the app. All I can say is if you are charging $12.29 per small bowl... they better be a top notch product! Smoothie King apparently doesn't value good returning customers! Sorry Service...

The little ratchet girl looked at me and said “ I can’t do dat” and didn’t say anything else. For almost a minute, she just looked at me with a silly smirk on her face. It caught me off guard. Zero customer service. She finally finished taking my order. She was trash. The entire time, the music was playing extremely loud and the songs that were playing were very inappropriate. A lot of cursing and the N word. I’m black and I felt some type of way walking into a business with my child with that type of music playing. Read moreThis location has taken a drastic decline since employing teenagers in this establishment. Employees will become argumentative when they’re making mistakes with your order. There is not any sense of responsibility to provide exceptional customer service whenever the younger employees are on staff without a manager present on staff. They will be lackadaisical about fulfilling your order and will attempt to short you on extra adds that you purchase. Patronizing this business when there is not a manager on staff would be a mistake. Don’t waste your money here if the teenager are running the store and patronize another smoothie king location if they are there alone.
