Awful experience. I have had two very bad run in's with this location, and normally I would not leave a review, but my most recent experience calls for one. Two months ago after just moving to the area, I placed an order on a Friday night with Pizza Hut for delivery and paid with card. Two hours go by and no delivery was made to my home. I then proceed to call the location and the manager on shift answers the phone. When I ask about my order she tells me she cannot find it, and proceeds to ask questions like "are you sure you placed it for today?". I respond to all of her questions as I was looking at the emailed receipt of my order while talking to her on the phone. She then proceeds to hang up the phone in the midst of me talking, and I immediately drive to the location to confront the manager and demand answers. All in all, they tell me that apparently the delivery driver decided to never come by my house and I end up receiving a refund, as well as no explanation for the poor customer service on the phone when talking to the manager. I let things slide since I received a refund, and carry on. Flash forward to the date of me writing this review. It is another Friday night, and being in a good mood I decide to place another order with Pizza Hut for delivery, this time with cash. It is about 10:30 pm the order is placed, and the location closes at 12 midnight. After about 11:45 with no delivery I call the location and no one answers so I decide to drive to the location to see about my order, and try to save them a delivery trip. When I arrive I am told by the same manager that they have thrown out my order?!?!?! I am honestly not surprised, as my first experience taught me that I should not have given this location a second opportunity, and should have taken my business elsewhere. If I could give this place "0" stars I would. I do not recommend this location, their customer service is terrible, and the people who work there have no care for making sure their customers are getting what they pay for. It's Pizza Hut, so I do not expect too much from them anyway, but people come on.... do better. We were once a Pizza Hut household......
Read moreOrder pizza for my family. My mom and sister and her kids had come to town and got in around 7:45pm on Friday. We were gonna cook but to make it quicker decided to order pizza instead. Put the order in around 8pm and said it would be ready in 20mins. 2 large pizza, a personal pan with NO SAUCE because my nephew doesn't like the sauce and 2 orders of cheesesticks. My fiancee went to the store and said he would grab it on the way back. He got there about 30mins after I ordered so 10mins after it should have been ready. He paid for it and even left a tip. Then they go to find it and couldn't find our order. He then calls me and asked what was on the order like wanting details of what the pizzas were. I sent him a screenshot and even said again no sauce on the personal pan pizza. He then had to wait another 20mins for them to make the ENTIRE ORDER. Like seriously!! Finally he comes back and I was like did they atleast discount it or anything because of their mess up and us having to wait over an hour for our food. He said no they didn't do anything and just made him wait. Then my nephew gets his personal pizza and there's sauce all over it. Talk about not being able to do your job. They obviously don't know how to read an order and follow it. If I could leave no stars I would leave no stars on...
Read moreI really dislike leaving a bad review since employees are human and lets face it stuff happens. Sadly this isn't the first,, second or third time something like this has happened at this location. Ordered $40 worth of pizza today at 11:50 online, system stated order was received, was sent an email with confirmation, email stated it would be 41 - 51 minutes for delivery. Fast forward 3 hours later and still no pizza. I called the store, no answer. Called 800 number and was told they would have to forward a message to their financial dept and the store but also told me to go to the store to speak with someone about a refund since I didn't get the food and now wanted to cancel. I drive to the location, and the STORE IS CLOSED! No one there and no one had been there all day. The store was never opened today. How do I know this? One of the people next door said people have been coming all day and several of them have come in their store to ask. I live in the neighborhood directly behind this location but since I was working on one of my cars, it was easier for me to order and have food delivered for lunch, thats what I did.
