How would you feel if you walked into an establishment and nobody acknowledged you for over 5 minutes? We'll, that was my experience at your lovely restaurant today. I watched the girl behind the bar who's preparing food absolutely load this dude bowl full of topping while he and her have a conversation of over 5 mins that has nothing to do with his order. She was so engaged into her conversation that 2 or 3 additional people have walked in and still no sense of customer care. I looked at the young lady who was cutting up chicken and asked is anyone going to assist me? She just looked at the girl who having the conversation of her life with her new found best friend. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff just walking by and not asking have I been helped and im here to place or pick up an order.... NOTHING.... So ask yourself would you want to spend money with someone who treats you like you don't exist? So I just walk out whats the point?
Meanwhile, I was able to walk in to the Austell location get my food (with fresh rice) and walk back out. Granted I was still late for my business appointment... but imagine how late I would have been dealing with the young lady at the Floyd rd location. At the rate she was going I would probably still be standing in line because she didn't give care about other customers in line, neither did the rest of your staff for that matter.
Feel free to check your camera if think I exaggerating it was around 4:45 when I arrived and almost 5 when I left and not a sole acknowledge me as a customer. Here I am a well established man in my 40s being treated as if im the invisible man.

We look at reviews to help guide our restaurant selections, but I believe for chain restaurants they are very dependent on which staff is working on any day. Plus the reviews are typically biased toward the negative side, since if someone has a bad experience they more often than not will submit a (bad) review… Perhaps that’s how it should be.
We previously went to the lowest rated (1.7) Chipotle in the greater Smyrna GA area. I gave it a 4 and its average has since improved to 2.1. This time we selected the highest rated Chipotle in the area (3.7, on Floyd Road in Mableton). I also gave it a four. The location is relatively new, clean, and the staff was polite.
We had burrito bowls, with carnitas, regular chicken and honey chicken. The food was the normal Chipotle fare, except it seemed to have a little less seasoning overall, but with a little more heat. I had the carnitas bowl and one bite of something included a much hotter chunk of something. I also asked for some cilantro on top, and was told they don’t do that, not even with an add-on charge. My experience with Chipotles in other states found them much more likely to accommodate my request.

She yelled and screamed at me when I asked to speak with a manager because of her hateful treatment towards me. The manager doesn't have a backbone and cares more about being her friend than a subordinate. Her allowed her to loud talk me without interjection or correction. Eventually he asked her to step away once I questioned him if this was the proper way to deal with a frequent, paying customer. He really did not want to deal with the situation so I asked for the number to corporate. When I asked for the rude employee's name, Nancy began repeatedly yelling, "Do not give her my name!"
