IHOP — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst service ever the server got mad at me because she don’t understand Spanish and was rude about it. I was a server for over 10 years in my high school years. She had the nerves to get a hole attitude cause she didn’t understand me then after the fact that she answered me when I spoke spanish was like WTH. Now that she miss understand me and didn’t put in my husbands order. Now she mad and don’t speak Spanish. I mean she was completely rud, after the fact that my husband was hangry an getting upset with me after she made it seem it was my fault the food didn’t get ordered. Then to just apologize this little girl had the nerves to put are food down with a problem, was making a show had her coworkers come ring us up. Having a hole attitude problem. Worst service ever. We got it she don’t speak Spanish. I mean there just to much going on. I mean the co workers were babying her up,,,, WTH maybe when your wrong just apologize I mean it don’t cost much to...

Awful experience. First few things I tried to order. They didn’t have. Finally ordered 2 eggs over easy, bacon, ham, sausage, hash browns with onions. and multi grain toast. All you can hear is the cook back there cussing. My food finally comes out. And it’s a partial order. Everything had black stuff all over it. Like they hadn’t cleaned the grill. Eggs over hard. Instead of over easy. Bacon hard cold and broken in pieces. Hash browns finally came out, with no onion on it. And 1 piece of toast. And it was white toast. Not multi grain. Like I ordered. Where in America do you order toast. And the bring 1 slice. I felt bad for the waitress. Because there’s like 5 people in the restaurant. 10 o’clock at night. And the cook is in the weeds. I didn’t even eat the food. I sent it back. And left the restaurant. The food looked absolutely disgusting. That cook didn’t take pride in his work. I would’ve never sent...

Edit: I went back and they were ready this time. Had my food ready to go pretty much as soon as I walked in. I was in and out before I could finish holding the door for some older ladies coming into the restaurant so I updated my rating.

IHOP omelettes and Pancakes are some of my favorite which is this places' saving grace. There is no one manning the front counter. The people working here are entirely too slow to move when they see people standing at their front counter. I was waiting at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence in the store to pick up an order. Then after that they left several items out of my order including some that I paid extra for, so I had to go back in and wait again for them to acknowledge that I even existed so that I could tell them that I was missing some items. Pay for extra and they forget even the basic, if you're picking up, don't leave without...
