Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

This little Taco Bell, which also operates as a Pizza Hut, inside the food court of a TA Travel Center off Exit 296 of I-75, is the best Taco Bell that this 65yo guy has found since the one I first ate at in Memphis, TN...the one where my teenage friends that worked there protected my food's taste and value when I visited on their shifts.

The workers at this location ALWAYS give me the great food that I expect and for the economical prices available at Taco Bell. And because it always tastes great, I always order a second combo after eating the first...and while I only know faces and no names, it doesn't seem to matter who is on shift or making my food! It is just consistently the best! So much so, that while I have a Taco Bell less than two miles from me, I drive instead over twenty miles whenever possible to eat at this one.From opening time to closing time...anytime that I can make the drive...the last time just happened to be my birthday lunch with my wife.

Another benefit - inside this food court is also an excellent Popeye's kitchen, and I always eat a spicy leg along with my two orders from Taco Bell. I have a Popeye's probably half a mile from my apartment. Once again, it can't compare to the one in this food court!

I ve purchased from this place 3 times,9nce it was sort of ok,the second time they gave me the wrong order (a cheaper order),I only found out after I had left and was about to eat it (I didn t), The third time they gave my (expensive) order to some one else (lucky guy),so they had to re do my order,yes it took 30 minutes to get my order,YES,THIRTY MINUTES. I had tine to kill today,so I waited to watch their incompetence....I am not manager but I could inmediatly correct their glaring errors in handing out orders. The employees are like lost children,they mean well but are in need of good management,some training perhaps. I worked managing restaurants before,so I can see their...

Normally I wouldn't do this on one bad visit. But it seems to be getting worse here every time I come here. So I figured I would let you know what to expect. I have included a picture of how they wrap your food... Easiest job and you fail miserably. And it seems like every time you are always out of some of the most basic taco Bell and Pizza hut items.

Customer service skills are almost non existent except for the couple people I have seen multiple times go above and beyond. But the only reason I come here is cause it's one of the only choices for food in this town when your stuck on a reset in a truck.
