I came at 2:10 am for my lunch break (I’m a CNA who works 3rd shift). When I arrived the employee was cleaning so I asked a simple question “ Are y’all closed at the moment?” And all she said back was “No I’m cleaning” in a rude tone and then continued to clean. So I said “ok” and waited. A minute later she looks up at me and stated “are you gonna order something or just stand there.” Again in a rude tone. I then walk over to the counter and begin my order. During the entire time of my ordering she continued to have an attitude and huff and puff about everything. I had a simple order, one 6’ Philly and one 6’ tuna. I had to constantly repeat myself and then when she completed the sandwiches she instantly ranged it up and assumed I was paying card. When I stated I would be paying $15 in cash and the rest on my card she continued to huff and puff. Not to mention every time I said something or had to repeat myself she would give me a nasty look. If people coming in and ordering food at this time of night is a problem and causes you to not be able to preform your job in the correct way, which also means having customer service abilities, then maybe 3rd shift in a fast food establishment is not for you. First and foremost she lied and said that she was the manager, then goes on to tell me that the manager’s name is actually Lisa. Once I told her what the call was in reference to and asked her name, she hung up in my face. Horrible representation of Subway and Pilot as a whole. Regardless of her view, why hang up in my face further making his case that she’s rude and doesn’t want to be there working!? Treat people with respect!
