Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Georgia

My visit to this particular location was not a very good one at all. After waiting 3 minutes at the drive thru order place I had to say "excuse me please" 3× before I got someone to respond & ask to take my order, it appeared & sounded like the employees were listening to music loudly and laughing. So I ordered just a chicken sandwich, plain with mayo. Drove around to window a younger guy takes my money, gives change & receipt then says "so you really just want a completely plain chicken sandwich" I said yes please plain with mayo no lettuce no pickles etc... Just mayo. So I get a chicken sandwich and then he said you said plain so it's plain but here's a packet of mayonnaise" 😳 I was perturbed to say the least because the bun was half soft half hard, the fried chicken filet was dry as a bone, & I had rip open the packet of mayonnaise and squeeze out on my sandwich. These employees working here were more or less having a loud hangout session bumping tunes & not working like they were hired to. So unprofessional & disappointing because other Popeyes...

This is by far the worse popeyes( on Martin Luther King Dr. Right off Joe frank Harris blvd) I've ever been to in my life. First the wait time is ridiculous, then the food was not worth the wait. I ordered a two piece spicy the chicken was bland nothing about it had the famous popeyes flavor or texture. chicken was dry and looked homemade. Even the sides tastes like home cooking made by an amateur, fries was limp, none of the crunchy golden fries their known for. This place is new to cartersville and my only hope is that the people here go to other popeyes to know the difference. One thing for sure whom ever got this popeyes franchise is moving further away from the original recipe which gives popeyes a new thumbs down for me in...

I have been there about 6 times and only eat there 1 times I see the tv commercials and boy it looks good and I went there to get my rippin dippin chicken and to my surprise they don't have it I want shrimp as seen on tv negative ghost rider again they don't have it, so for all I want is what tv commercial shows do not go to white GA popeyes because they don't follow the commercial, I love popeyes just not this one sorry that truth will save you time but don't watch tv and come to this popeyes and expect to get what you have seen because its not on their menu.just to go home unhappy because 5 out of 6 times I went home hungry with a...
