Island's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Zero stars if I could. Take a minute to read this please!

We have been long time customers of Jennoely's Pizza and have never had a single complaint, ever. Until now.....About 1 week ago we ordered 2 large pizzas, they were delivered on time and still warm/hot. The pizzas were sooo greasy it was awful. One of them was inedible it was so bad. The crust had turned to complete mush. The other pizza was not much better but we were able to eat it. So in all fairness I called to notify them right away of the one pizza that we could not eat and they said no problem, we will credit you one pizza on the next order. Next order: about 5 minutes ago: I called to go ahead and make another order and use my one credit. It turns out that my $14 pizza ($22 on regular price) I ordered now only had a $7 credit. I spoke with the girl handling the order and tried to make basic math out of our order and credit, she understood and I could sense she was uncomfortable so I asked to speak with her manager. This lady got on the phone and argued with me! she said it was impossible for me to get a greasy pizza, that their topping don't have grease! (toppings were: bacon, ham, BBQ, Chicken, Pineapple and obviously cheese). I began to fall into her trap and argue but as soon as I began to speak she just hung up on me. So everyone complaining about their hours, I’m sorry, but was it a surprise to you? It’s posted on their website and they are a local FAMILY run business so I say kudos to them putting family first. Secondly, there menu is extensive with so many amazing options I dare you to find another place that has that much to offer especially in these times. It was a pleasant surprise. So much originality and uniqueness, you can’t go wrong. I can’t speak for what they were like in the past all I know is every time I’ve gotten anything from there it’s delicious and a great value. Those of you that are complains about the littlest things, please remember to post about the GOOD things this small local business does as well. It’s only fair. Give it a shot. Its's hard for me to understand the few people who gave poor reviews of this wonderful place but I would bet they are the same people that are unhappy with the world.

My wife and I have been ordering Pizza's from Islands Pizza for a couple of years. Hands down this place makes the absolute best Pizza I have ever had - anywhere! Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. With fewer and fewer (good) food choices here on the islands we are very lucky...
