I visit this location frequently to the point the staff knows almost my entire order. On one occasion the waiter raised the tip on the receipt after I left and I found out when it posted to my account. Another time we were seated on the opposite side and had a new waitress we hadn’t previously met. She acted like we were an inconvenience and couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Even having a snappy attitude. Today was the last straw, we were attempting to watch the game on the tv when a male was standing in my line of sight. We politely asked the waiter passing by to ask him to move. He pointed to us and said “they want you to move” which made the customer this man was speaking to raise his voice and yell at myself and my boyfriend. Like we were children and not paying customers that spend well over $200 a weekend here. Come to find out he was friends with the waitress who previously couldn’t care less about doing her job & someone I presume is the owner because he was using the controllers to change the tv. This created a very tense environment and at no point did we receive a genuine apology after the entire restaurant looked at us like the troublemakers.

Read moreI went to lcoation where I placed my order online, and arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes after. I sent my son inside to grab the food, and about 15 minutes go by. I go inside with my newborn and my son is at the bar sitting down, because he said the staff said my food was still preparing.
After we sit there about another 15 minutes I decided to try to talk to staff about my order. These few individuals is referring me to talk to people at the bar. But the people at the bar seem to only care about people who are ordering drinks.
After I grab the first person attention who is behind the bar. To my surprise, she is the manager, and didn’t seem to care about helping me with my order.
Now I’m inquiring about my food with other staff who is going in and out behind the bar. Because at this point I feel like no one cares to assist the black girl with my newborn baby who just wants her food.
There was, however, one staff who seem to try to help me, she really tried what she could after I explained my issue to her, and how long we have been waiting.
The manager did do not deserve to be a manager. Her and that young lady need to swap titles.
Needless to say I feel like majority of the staff was mean, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Read moreThe tilapia looked like pieces of fillet leftover unlike the whole fillet I always had before. My family was a regular customer until now. Before today we had such great sweet ladies there. This one has her nose up in the air constantly. She looks out the window over our heads when she asked for our orders. We asked for a slice of lemon for the fish, she gaved us dried lime and insists they are all the same and that's all they have. I wonder why she does know the difference between lemon and lime. So I borrowed the lemon from my son's sweet tea just to try to regain my appetite that I had before my encounter with her. She was pointing a finger at one customer before all of us in the restaurant. The customer was trying to explain. I don't think embarrassing a customer before others is justifiable even if he is bad. Maybe she is the owner that's why she acts that way. Other employees seem not to mind her bitchy stance towards others. I did not want to leave a tip as she made our dinner irritating. My husband felt bad for her as she does not know how awful she is and decided to still leave some much less than we usually do for the sake of our past satisfactions. But that will be our last visit.
