I placed an order via the app at 1705. The estimated delivery time was 1731-1741. At 1800 I checked the 'Papa Track' which showed it was still being prepared. I tried calling the local store 3 times with busy signals each time. I ended up driving to the store and arrived at 1820. I asked for the manager who came over to talk. I asked about the status of the pizza since it was almost an hour late at this point and I could not get any answers. He said a delivery driver had just left with it. I asked why no one answered the phone or updated me for the delay and he responded that it wasn't his fault and that I should have checked the app. I again pointed out that it was an hour later than estimated, his only response was that the store was short staffed. I asked for his name and he only provided Zhay, refused to provide last name. Also asked for regional manager contact and he refused that information. I asked if there was anything else that could be done to make it right and he said that he did everything right. I turned and left and another customer behind me said that he didn't want to order from a store with that type of customer service...

He was very helpful but could do nothing to cancel the order. He called the local store 3 times and no answer. He called another location and the manager could not help. I am calling AMEX to challenge the charge for a service charged and never provided. My mother ordered last Friday with the same exact scenario. We ordered and when we got the order, it was wrong. So of course I called to speak with them, I got the manager Marcel and told him it was wrong. His response was all I can do is give you your money back in a very rude voice and hung up on me. Not, can I correct the order and resend it!!! I called back to make sure it was not an accidental hang up, understanding that accidents do happen. I explained that I just spoke with him and was hung up on and told him I thought that was very rude , he said so.
