Love this location! All of the staff members are very nice and do a great job with everything. The last few years, I've had some really poor experiences with fast/casual restaurants, either forgetting food or condiments or assembling things incorrectly... that's why I really appreciate this JM location, I don't have to worry about any of the above happening here. They do a great job at making everything just how it's ordered/the orders are always fulfilled properly and everything requested is included. The portion sizes are always plentiful as well. With how much food costs have increased, other restaurants seem as if the portions have shrunk in size, but at this JM, the meat/cheese portions are still quite substantial. Recently, too, there was a newer employee there who I noticed actually took a bit of extra time to rearrange the meats/cheese on my sandwich before placing the top piece of bread onto it, to ensure that it actually looked nice too... I really appreciated that!
Something else I love about this location too is that, when not super busy, the staff members always try to have a chat with me while they're working on orders - that makes me feel appreciated. Some of the younger guys there, just to preface while still being very professional and paying attention to the customers, I've noticed sometimes they'll have a touch of light-hearted banter amongst themselves, which I love seeing - big smiles, having fun and enjoying their jobs/coworkers and interacting with the customers. I cannot emphasize enough how awesome this is! There are so many places you go nowadays where the staff seems like they loathe their jobs/coworkers/customers... it is so refreshing to see employees that seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing and are happy to interact with their coworkers and customers :)
Lastly, I'd like to take a moment to give a specific shoutout to the young lady who I believe is the manager/supervisor, her name is Elyanna (hopefully I spelled that correctly). She absolutely rocks! She is such a sweetheart and my goodness; she is the hardest worker! She's there 95% of the time that I go in and she's always so nice and I love chatting with her if the store isn't terribly busy. She makes the best sandwiches and is literally always moving and grooving, even if there aren't any orders, she's either sweeping out front/replenishing the sandwich line or retail items/or assisting other employees, like training or helping with prep stuff. I've spent many years working in restaurants, both management and every other position imaginable, so I can appreciate all that she does for this location, she's a massive asset to whomever the franchise owner is as well as JM's corporate.

After 15 mins of waiting, insignificant to another (online) order being made, I told the manager I was leaving due to waiting 15 mins for 2 sandwiches at 10:30 AM and being the only person in the store. She just told me to have a good day 🤦♀️ In person ordering has been bad at this location since it’s opening. Ive been forgiving over the last year and summer months due to its new opening and being a busy location with a Y located across the street. ONLINE ORDERS - AND THEY GET VERY BUSY HERE - is the only $$$ that matters to the owners of this location. They either need more workers or a better staff to fulfill all the orders they get. Read moreA week and a half ago I placed an order through the app for two subs and once submitted I got a call back from staff saying the store was out of chicken and steak and could not do hot subs. I was told I could pick cold subs instead or have a refund issued. I asked for the refund and was told it would come back to my account in 24 hours. When 24 hours passed I gave the benefit of the doubt and gave it another day to get to me. Three days after I placed the order I contacted customer support to see what was going on. Customer support reimbursed me for the points I used to purchase one of the sandwiches but told me they would forward the request for refund to the store manager as each are individually owned.
