Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Georgia

I had heard good things about Jimmy Johns. Tried it for the first time a few days ago. I had the turkey and bacon with tomato I think and, mayo couple of other things too I think. As I recall anyway. Honestly in my opinion it was maybe just a little over average. Definitely overrated. My sandwich was at least 60 to 70% bread and, a little on the dry side if you ask me. I asked for extra mayo also and, as far as I can tell I definitely did not get the extra mayo. Plus I cannot swear to you there was any mayo on it at all. If there was I could not taste it or see it. Luckily I had a couple of spared mayonnaise packages from Chick-fil-A in my console that have been there a couple of days and that made the sandwich much better. The girl at the window was not rude or especially nice. I do forgive her now waiver because I could tell she was very focused on trying to get the order right. I'm pretty sure she was new. That's to be expected. Except for the mayonnaise she did get it right. I gave them a 3 which I consider an average rating. I do think it was worth trying again just to make sure my experience was not a fluke. I will try different sandwich and double check the condiments before...

I’m a DoorDash driver and had a disappointing experience at this location during a lunch pickup (between 1–2 PM). Upon entering, a young Black woman with glasses and dreads kindly greeted me and asked if I needed help. I let her know I was there for a DoorDash order, but the item requested was unavailable due to the store being out of multiple types of bread. I contacted the customer to confirm if an alternate bread (wheat) option was okay. The customer confirmed.

When I informed the team that the customer approved the change, I was ignored by another staff member (an Asian woman), and a younger Black male employee seemed more focused on joking around with the other employees than helping. I counted 5 people behind the counter. Despite waiting for at least 15 minutes, no one began preparing the order. Other customers came and went, including drive-thru service, but I remained unassisted.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. It was at one point closing at any given moment despite what the listed hours online said. I mean one time they were closed at 5 something another time 6 or 7 just whenever they felt like going home. I complained to management who said they would give me a free for the inconvenience under my number but then they not only told me once but twice it was completed but they never added it. I reached back out and told them and they never even apologized or reached back out to fix the issue. They have a delivery option but every time this year that I’ve tried to give them a chance they call and say or we aren’t delivering anything today or we don’t have a driver this evening. I actually have another horror story from this place but I’m tired of writing now and wasting my energy on such a horrible establishment.
