Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

First off, we waited in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes until we were able to even order our food. Then when I repeated my order to her twice to make sure that she had it correctly, she even repeated it back to me. When we got to the window, she asked if I had the two shredded chicken mini quesadilla‘s and one beef soft taco. I said yes. And made her repeat it one more time just to be sure. After what she said matched what I had ordered, I paid for my food and she gave us the bag. Then we drove away, and I opened the bag, and the food was incorrect. She gave me two beef quesadillas instead of two shredded chicken quesadillas. After I specifically said it multiple times, and had her repeat it multiple times. And we had just flown in from a flight in Atlanta, and just wanted to make it back home to Alabama. So I decided to suffer through it and eat it anyways. After two bites, I felt something in my mouth. I pulled it out, and it was a piece of aluminum foil that had been cooked with the beef. Now not only was I irritated, tired from waiting so long, and highly dissatisfied from having the wrong order given to me after waiting for 45 minutes, But now on top of that, I had to get aluminum foil in my food. Also, the customer service was not friendly at all. I have never been so Disappointed with a Taco Bell in my entire life. I will definitely not be back to that one. I was hungry. I had not eaten all day, I chose Taco Bell for my meal. I order a crunch wrap only with extra nacho cheese and beef, no tomatoes. The wait was a little long, but that was expected. When we got to the window, the cashier opened the window but did not immediately take my card for payment because was being yelled at. I assume this was her manager, and she was being lectured on her work ethic. You could tell the the woman at the window looked very discourage and embarrassed. The lady went on for about two minutes before the cashier took my payment.

YOU CANNOT HAVE A GOOD AND EFFECTIVE TEAM IF YOU HAD BAD LEADERSHIP. THE TEAM IS A GOOD AS THE WEAKEST LINK, AND IN THIS CASE THE WEAKEST LINK WAS THAT MANAGER.

I am not sure what her managerial style is, but she needs to be coached on her attitude. I am sure she had the entire team feeling tension, because my order was not correct. There was no extra meat, or cheese, and there were tomatoes on my crunch wrap. I could not finish the food, i only took a few bites. Before pulling off, i tried to leave encouraging words with the cashier.

There were several people just loitering here one guy was laying down in the booth for the entire time we were there another questionable looking man came in with a cup.from outside and talked to employees.then filled it and sat down I'm assuming for wifi or bcuz it was exceptionally cold outside. 3 younger guys were there when we got there and there when we left. Took like 20 minutes to get our food infact several people came and left while we were still waiting. Finally she asked what the name was they never took our names but our food was just sitting there. I wouldn't chose this location again as it didn't seem particularly safe and it definitely wasn't comfortable w random people just laying around all over the lobby. Literally laying around the lobby. The food wasn't great it was hard not crunchy, it was HARD!! I assume it was left in the fryer too long.
