This is ridiculous. Every single time I come to this store, which is the closest and only one in my area, they are out of chicken. Last time, the truck had not arrived to restock. Tonight, they were out of chicken and it would have taken 27 minutes to cook fresh chicken. The people there are not apologetic and don’t seem to care about the customers at all. The excuse is always, “It’s been a crazy day”. One of two things is not happening: A) the store manager has zero idea this is going on or B) the store manager is incompetent in hiring and training people. Does it take a genius to order enough inventory so you don’t run out before the next delivery? Does it take a genius to see if there are say only so few pieces left then to cook more before you run out? It does not! It takes common sense to figure these things out of which these people who work there have none! On every occasion, I have waited for the chicken to cook. Which is ridiculous in of itself but tonight was the last straw. Fire the whole crew including store manager and start over with people who at least can count and do simple arithmetic! This is the only store in our area since they closed the one on Towne Lake Pkwy which was a huge mistake because Woodstock, Ga has seen incredible growth.    Read moreLast night I had a horrible experience with this 92 Acworth location. I drove up to drive thru around 9:30 pm. I ordered a fry and chicken tenders. I didn’t want the combo so the cashier said I can get 3 piece or 8 piece tender. I ordered the 3 piece. When I got to the window I ask how much is the 8 piece? The cashier said “ we only have 3 pieces left.” The total was 11.00 and change. Before we pulled off I checked the order and was very disappointed. They had no tenders in box, they cut up a breast into three sections. There is a difference between tenders and what they had in box. I told cashier that I didn’t receive tenders. She said we’re out of tenders. I ask for refund, I’m not paying 11.00 for cut up chicken breast. The cashier said “manager is busy and for me to come into dining area to wait. I was very upset. My son is autistic and the food was for him. If you know anything about Autism, they are very picky eaters due to texture. I drive off and just dumped the food. My child wouldn’t eat it.    Read moreService was terrible. First, I called to see if they had any chicken pot pie's and they said no. I got there and then they decided to tell me That KFC was closed. So I ordered Taco Bell and checked it because the burrito seemed a bit Bulky (I get no beans, onions, lettuce, or tomatoes) And of course, it had everything on it. Not only that but before hand I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to bring out the food. So then not even five minutes after I left And came back to have them fix my burrito, they had everything closed down and locked. So then after a while they finally open the window so that they could take the Brito and make me a new one. So they brought me out a new burrito, which also was it made correctly, but I decided to just give up and deal with it. I've been got home and my parents dude what's thrown into the bad and the container was not even closed so all of the fried chicken chips were all over the bag along with the tortilla chips from mine and my moms meals.
