I’ve made a couple of purchases at Rudi Fine Jewelry. An absolutely exceptional experience. The ring is made on site and is excellent. This is a family owned and operated business. They care deeply about providing a high quality product at an appropriate price. They also take the time and effort to match you with the right products so that they fit and look great on you. Fine jewelry and watches are big investments so if you’re going to make the investment it’s so much better if a real professional matches you with an item that you will love for years. Why would anyone want to spend so much money on a fine jewelry investment that is just going to sit in a drawer somewhere because it doesn’t fit or look great? I’d rather have one fine piece of jewelry than 20 cheap pieces of junk. The owners are honest and straight business people. They aren’t going to rip you off or steer you wrong. You are never going to find this quality of service at a corporate chain jeweler. They are second to none. There is a big difference between dealing with an employee of a chain company and dealing directly with the owners of a business. If you are considering a jewelry investment you have to give Rudi Fine Jewelry a try!

Read moreI have to admit, this was going to be a bad review. My boyfriend bought a necklace from there that I just did not like. I told him to go and return it. When he went back, he was told that they do not do any returns on clearance items. The problem is that this policy was NOT told to us when purchasing and is not stated anywhere in the store AND is not even on the receipt! I thought that was ridiculous as this kind of thing should be stated at least when you buy something! However, the lady was very nice and said she would do an exchange, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and understood my point of view, which I appreciated. I was going to say that I will never buy something here again, but after her kindness, I wouldn't mind doing business there again. The place he bought it from would not fix it (even tho he had the ins) because it was not $500 or more. I was driving home and decided to stop at Rudi Fine Jewelry. Bercin was more upset than I was when I told her what happened. She showed me SEVERAL rings and found one. It did not have a blue topaz. She replaced the diamond with a blue topaz and I had my ring in 36 hours. I am in love with this ring, my husband for going thru the effort and disappoint for the original ring, and Rudi Fine Jewelry for replacing it and giving me a more beautiful ring. Even tho they were about to close, Bercin would not let me leave until my disappointment was no longer. She even remembered who I was when I went in on Saturday to get it cleaned. THAT is service.
