I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Horrible service. Didn't give us a receipt through the drivethru. Was missing food in order. There was nasty stuff in our food. Brought it back and they had the nerve to try to tell me to bring it back the next day. Multiple employees were rude as hell and accused us of "trying to pull one over" . The food was flat out disgusting. Not only was food missing but the fried chicken which should be crispy and cooked was soggy wet and undercooked with the skin falling off. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't know why I even come here. It seems like every 4 to 6 months I forget how bad my last experience was and I try to give them another chance only to be let down. For YEARS now this place has been consistently the WORST fast food place I have every been. Literally they cannot get anything right, they cannot hire competent employees. The young girl Jennifer is the rudest immature girl I have ever met. Literally a spoiled entitled brat serving nothing but attitude. Corporate KFC or taco bell should literally shut this place down and close it for good. This was last time I ever give this place a chance. The uncooked chicken can kill somebody. And to be insulted by the staff bc of their incompetence is insane. Literally the older lady had to call a manager or somebody to figure out how to give me a refund, which she found and figured out suspiciously quick considering she didn't give me a receipt. She told the other person on the phone we had ate some of the food and only returned part of it to which I had to correct her it was ALL there minus the food they never gave us. The entire staff reaction was so poor and rude. I was flat out called a liar. They should all be fired there isn't one member there I would even hire as a door...
Read moreAs of 2020 I've living in the area close to this Taco Bell/KFC since 2006. The first few visits back then were sketchy (some good but mostly not), and I thought since I was new in the area or would take a while to figure out how good or bad they were. Unfortunately throughout all these years it only seems to change for the worst. Mgmt changes but services never gets better. I like Taco Bell food and my wife likes KFC food, and even though I have had some of the worst service in fast food history in this location their location and my need to get food fast on the way home make me still stop by this location more often than I like to admit. I have in several occasions made a complaint on their website but never received any feedback. My main issues: most of the time the food is wrong or they forget part of the order, a lot of times it seems they are short handed so it takes to long for any service. In one occasion that I was in the dining room I counted 13 orders in the drive thru serviced after I had order my food. In another occasion me and about 4 other guests waited over 30 minutes for food, while 1 decided to leave and all for his money back it took a while for that to happen and when he complaint the manager started to curse back to him. Today, I came back from a trip and my wife wanted KFC. When I got to the drive thru the first thing they said is they were only serving Taco Bell but had no chips for nachos. So, in the end it's always something and unfortunately the only good thing I have to say is that their location is convenient for me and I like Taco Bell food, otherwise I would probably never go there. If you do ... Be patient ... Check your order ... Don't complain out they most likely will argue back on the same tone of voice and attitude you show them....
Read moreWe ordered dine-in at around 4:05 mom on January 4th. The girl that took our order was very sweet and kind. My husband noticed that we were missing a couple of hard tacos and he thought that we were missing a chalupa. My husband approached the front counter to tell them what we were missing. Alex was very rude, walked all the way back to our table to point out that we weren’t missing the chalupa- which is fine, that was our mistake, but he did not ensure we had all of our tacos. After that interaction we did not feel at liberty to say that we were still missing a couple of tacos, so I took it upon myself to just order a couple of more. I approached the counter with no line and at least 5 employees standing around, bantering, (curse words included in their conversations). Alex was counting the drawer down, as it was shift change. There was no acknowledgment of my presence for several minutes. They continued to talk and banter amongst themselves as I stood there not being acknowledged. Alex eventually oooked up at me and said “Yes?” I replied that I needed to order. He said, “Well, we’re in the middle of a shift change.” I just walked away. Alex was so disrespectful in both instances. I couldn’t believe that he wouldn’t even acknowledge me while standing there. Alex, next time you’re in the middle of a shift change- you say to the waiting customer upon there arrival- “I’m sorry, ma’am it’ll be just a moment. We will be right with you- I am helping JR get logged in here.” Alex, kindness...
