Got totally scammed on a table. Purchased a table and after paying in full they allowed me to leave it at the store to up to 30 days for pick up. About 2 weeks later, I went with my husband to pick up the table. By then, they had removed all the decorations that were on top of the table while it was on display so we could pick it up and we realized the table was wobbly. They gave us a paper stating they would make sure the foot wouldn't be wobbly anymore. When we arrived at our storage unit while picking up the table we realized the foot was actually not fully attached to the top of the table. We immediately called to say we didn't want a table that didn't have a foot attached and were told they would have to speak with the person who made the table and would get back to us. After that they said the person who made the table was traveling and they would need to wait for that person to get back. About 1 1/2-2 weeks later they told us they maximum they could offer is to tighten the foot of the table. I then explained to then, the foot of the table was "partially attached" to the table with screws not bolts and you can't remove them because they are screwed directly to the table top. Now we have being paying for a storage unit for over 2 months to keep a BROKEN table that we CAN'T USE. We were literally SCAMMED out of almost A THOUSAND dollars. This is...

The store is beautiful. I will come back. I came in this week did not have a lot of time was looking for a wood wax I have been researching how to do the chalk painting trying to decide on which product and saw several shops that look like they did teachings. I bought from one store a small can of wax. Picked up a color chart from another store to bring home to do some research so I showed the check out ladies the two charts I got and she commented yes fine to take home but she then commented these are not from the same store from when you purchased the wax. I was asking about other things also while i was checking out both the ladies made me feel very uncomfortable. Whatever happened to being kind and helpful. ** Response to first review. Someone greeted me when I walked in I did not look up at the person I just said hello and went to shopping but at the check out I felt like I was not welcome is the only way I can describe it I was being friendly asking a few questions. Maybe because they were towering over me it made me feel uncomfortable I don't know. Maybe I would think if they could smile while checking you out and treat you more like a guest it would help for maybe future...

The market is lovely place to spend time if you want shop unique gift or decoration for your house. Most of the staff are very nice except the one who help me check out.

I was try to verify whether one of my purchase should have 30% off. She respond me there is no discount on that booth. I mentioned I am sure i saw the sign and she still insist there is no discount, never mention ask someone to double check, acting like I just made that up and I can either take it as full price or leave it.

I end up ask her hold on it and go back myself to take a picture of discount sign to prove myself. She look at the picture on my phone then take over my phone from my hand double check it. Then she told me"the ower should told us". No sorry. No Thank you. No more explain.

The discount was not that important to me but her attitude during check out process was really not friendly and professional.

That's really bad experience when you try to support local business...
