I used to enjoy ordering pizza from this location. But somehow or another, the service really seemed to have hit rock bottom. A few weeks ago I placed an order and waited 2 hours and a 1/2 for my pizza only to discover that the driver took my pizza to another location and dropped it off. I never received it. My wife went back-and-forth with someone who claim she was acting as a manager. To only find out later she lied she was just a regular employee. This young lady was very rude and she showed little empathy as to what was taking place with our order. After some time with her and my wife going back and forth that she discovered that the driver had apparently taken our order elsewhere. And he had no clue as to where he took the order. She then claim she had him to return back to the place and clock out and go home because he didnt know what he was doing. "allegedly" her words to me at this point was not trust worthy. It was then and only then did she offer a apology and to return the money back to my card she also offered me a $10 credit? Which to me was a insult after weighting two and half hours for nothing. A few weeks later I decided to place another order with them giving them another try and hoping I had given them enough time to fix what seemingly is broken...WRONG... I discover that was not the case. I gave the guy my order, he claimed they didn't come to my area. I told him that wasn't true I've been ordering pizza from thia place for years, then the guy said he was reading what was on the screen and said that he was new. He then quickly stated that someone would be on their way. He didn't ask how I was going to pay for my order. He then proceeded to tell me to hold on and he slammed the phone down and asked me to hold on a minute he never came back to the phone so I just terminated the call. I can clearly say for me this was it for me I'm done with this place I will never ever again order from them. I feel uncomfortable now with even giving them my credit card over the phone. and even eating any of their food.I'm very disappointed in this place, It's so sad to see this happening because this was one of my favorite spots. I don't know what's going on with this place and to me it has gone down hill. I would not be surprised if I find that this business has closed or gone out of business. I'm sure I'm not the only one that may have complained about this if not something worst. If they don't get a hold of this business situation and fast its doomed to fail. Very piss...

I visited Marcos with my grandchildren on November 8th to order both a pizza and cheesy bread. After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I inquired about the wait and was told it would be ready shortly and to come through the drive through in 10 minutes. When I did this, I was again told to give it a bit more time. Having spent over 45 minutes waiting for what I was originally told would take 15 minutes (on a school night), I began to grow frustrated. I was then told my order was accidentally cancelled. I was quite frustrated with this and reported the issue to the manager the next week. I was given what seemed to be a sincere apology and told my next order would be on the house, to simply call and give my name. On December 17th, when I called to redeem my free pizza, the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. They called the manager who told them, I was only able to use that offer within the month it was given. I was shocked because I was never given this information. After my experience waiting over an hour for an order, then being given a free pizza offer it seems they never planned to honor, I can not recommend anyone patronize this Marco's location....
Read moreBetween last night and today I spent almost $52.00 at Marcos. Last night I ordered a pizza and salad. The salad clearly stated croutons should have been on the salad but there wasn't. I got over that and decided to try them again today for lunch. I ordered my lunch at 11:09am and the young lady was upfront and said the delivery would take about 30 minutes. I was cool with that but then an hour later no food. I called in was told the driver never show up and that my food would be delivered in the next 5 to 6 minutes . The person who answered the phone was the General Manager and he would be delivering my food. I asked while I was on the phone is my sub still hot in which he responded it just came out the oven. He delivered the food but not in the 5 to 6 minutes which was also fine. I received my food and my sub was Luke warm to the point I had to reheat it. After spending $52.00 I was so disappointed in Marcos and probably will never go back...
