Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

My mom Is 76 years old and just got out of the hospital Because she Broke her arm. The 1st thing she wanted to do was try marco's new collie flower pizza. The pizza was burned had inappropriate toppings we immediately called the store and let them know. She was told that there would be a credit for $16.42 waiting for us to use this weekend. I just tried to order the pizza and was told that they had nothing on fire. I gave them the receipt number the young lady Mel who I spoke to still did not help me. I told her that I would charge back on my credit card if they did not honor what the manager told us the day of the order and replace the pizza and she called her district manager Eddie. Eddie is worthless he offered me 50% off would not honor it even though I have a receipt. Please do not go to this restaurant take your business elsewhere. The district manager Eddie should be fired he does not deserve to be in a management position. I have plenty of money thank Goodness and I can order a 1000 pieces right now if I want to. It's not the money it's the Fact That this district manager Eddie is a low Is class rat Who ripped off my mother an elderly woman with a Broken arm...

The pizza is good, but I just had an awful experience with a lady that was taking my order over the phone. She was so rude!! I tried calling back to see if I would get someone else, when she answered again, I told her she was very rude, can I speak to someone else. She said there was no one else there which was a lie, because a man answered the first time and put me on hold and I was basically stuck with her. I asked for her name and a manager. She slammed the phone in my ears. It's very disappointing! I called the Marco's on pleasant hill in Duluth, and spoke to the district manager. He was very nice. He said since they are franchised, there is nothing he can do personally about, but let the owner know. I will never go back to the cruise rd. location again. She sounded like the type of person that would spit in your food. No thank you!! I gave 3 stars just because the pizza is good and had good service in the past. It's very sad that women was so mean. They messed up my order. They basically left out part of my wings order. I called right as I was getting home. The employee told me if I came back they would give me a fresh order of wings. So I drive back. I go into the store and the employee tells me it's not ready yet. So I wait in my car. All the while knowing my entire order is getting cold. Then the employee comes out and tells me they are only going to give me the missing wings and not a whole new fresh order.... So basically I had cold pizza and wings now. The only reason I went back to the store was because I expected a new fresh order. Then when I explained how ridiculous that was they tried to back track and remake the whole wing order not even the pizza. Do I look like i have all day to sit and wait for food??? Told them to refund everything. I'm a reasonable nice person and I have never experienced this level of horrible...
