I love Marcos especially because they deliver. The food is good and I love the Greek Salads. They serve pizza, wings, sandwiches, and other types of salads. What I don't like is the poor service. It takes FOREVER for them to answer the phone no matter what day of the week it is. When they finally get to you they ask you to hold forever again. One day I called and they didn't have any wings. So we got pizza and Greek Salads instead. Then I called one day and ordered but they didn't have any drivers so I went and picked up the food. Another day I called and when they finally answered, they didn't have wings, Greek Salads, or drivers to deliver the pizza so I ordered pizza, wings, and Greek Salads from another restaurant although they didn't deliver so the food had to be picked up. Tonight I called, they answered after about 5 minutes then asked me to hold. I held on so long that I hung up and called back twice, each time holding on so long that I started to doze off. Finally, someone answered and asked me to hold. I said I had been holding on for ten minutes and was told there were other customers ahead of me. I told them okay and goodbye. That was the last straw for me. I realize the restaurant and fast food business is struggling to keep workers but your the Bakers Ferry Marcos has always been slack. If I could find another pizza place that serves wings, Greek Salads, AND delivers, I would stop doing business at the Bakers Ferry Marcos. Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE!! Service is TERRIBLE!! I ordered 5 pizzas from here i get the notification that they ARE READY so I went to pick them up. When I arrived there was a sign on the door stating "all orders were canceled and will be refunded. So I waited 3 days still no refund. I call up to the store to find out about my refund. The lady claimed she processed it. So I wait a week still nothing. So I call back and they claim they already sent the refund there's nothing they can do so I wait a few more days(now 10days later) still nothing so I call back again and the lady on the phone told me she would give me a credit for my order of the 5 pizzas. But when I go to redeem my 5 pizzas everyone in the store gonna act like they've never heard nor seen me before(even though I ordered 1-2 times a week ) So the manager comes he states again that he sent the refund (which he didnt) there's nothing he can do. I get a call from the store to tell me the delivery driver left for the evening and was asked will I pick my order up I explained that I ordered delivery for a reason but I will come get it. I get to the store and asked can the delivery fee be removed since I had to pick my order up Tiffany who stated she was the store manager changed my order from delivery to carry out and now my order cost more. I asked was there a mistake she said the discount I had for my online order is not the same for carry out I asked why couldn’t my price be honored since I came to pick up my delivery order because Mike the driver decided to go home. Well as we are discussing my charges Mike the delivery driver walks in and Tiffany said oh he’s going home now. But wait that’s not it there’s more, now Tiffany tells me my order had to be made because she didn’t think I was coming to pick it up. So now I had to wait another 30 min that I waited at home after placing the order.
