20 mins wait to get 1 BEER. Ordered a frozen mango margarita, our server LUNA, proceeded to take care of another table passing by my drink at the bar and left it 10 mins waiting. It wasn’t busy at all. By the time she brought it to me, it was watery. My sister in law asked to get it switched because it been sitting long( we watched the margarita the whole time sitting at the bar). She take its back to get it changed. 10 mins later, she bring my drink. It’s the same drink flipped into a different cup🤣. I had to go up to talk to the bartender. They told me it was watery bc the mango watered it down. I’m personally a bartender at a popular Mexican restaurant and I know how a frozen drink looks. The flavor shouldn’t make a margarita look like it’s on the rocks. And if the mix isn’t frozen, they should let the customer know. Anyways, our server’s service was horrible. so first impression everything is new 2nd they sit us down on a dirty table and we had to wait 45 minutes for the waiter to ask us what we were having and then made us wait a hour for our food everything was extremely salty of the food they brought us i asked to speak to the manager and our waiter completely ignored us so i asked a lady waiter and she said that the manager was in marrieta so i thought maybe they had a bad day we all do so i went a socond time and these time it was worst no one sit us down the tables were trashed and the waiter was nowhere to be found then someone showed up and taked our order and we waited the same time and when our food finally arrived it was salty really salty i asked to talk to the manager again they said the manager was in vacation so how is this place going to improve if the manager is never there so is a NO stars from me its a total mess and that is really...

Server tried charging us a "credit fee" before she knew what we were paying with then never came back with our change after she took over 20 minutes I went looking for her only to find she was sitting talking to other servers... when she saw me approach she immediately told me the check wasn't processed by her so it was out her hands and that's why she hadn't come back. Also we were a party of 4 and she charged the tip and it seemed like she was expecting us to add to what she had already decided to charge as her tip. As for the food we got camarones cucaracha which were not good because they were so hard to peel and over salted. Save yourself the unpleasant experience.
