Donāt bother to call them. This phone number is only hooked to a fax machine. All of the other reviews before me are bad also.
I am a regular customer there only because it is the closest. They consistently hire managers & employees with bad attitudes. Even after asking the management several times over months to train the employees how to properly fill the napkin dispenser they consistently do it wrong.
This morning after I put my order in I asked for my coffee, so I could put ice in it while Iām waiting, only to be told that I would have to wait until the next customer put their order in. But then not only did I have to wait for that customer but also the customer that was before me to receive their order. When I finally got my order I took the tray to my wife and then went to put ice in my coffee. I usually dribble coffee when Iām putting ice in it so again I went to get a napkin and this time they actually had the place you grab a napkin blocked with one trapped in the door. So I had to open the door to get one out. Iām sure I wasn't the first one to run into that. Itās not like they had just filled it. They just didn't want paying customers taking napkins from it. Oh yeah, sure, it was just a mistake. Not after having asked management for months to train the employees to put them in there properly. So once again I asked them to fix it.
Then when I got back to my table I found they had given me the wrong sandwiches. I went back to get that fixed only to get a bunch of lip from the counter person. After three time in one visit I had it and threw the sandwiches on the floor behind the counter and left the store. I know I shouldn't have done that. I am sorry.
When I got home I figured I should call the manager and apologize. Only to find the only phone hooked to a fax machine. Of course there is no way to get to the franchise owner. And Iām sure management, the franchise owner or corporate wonāt read this either or leave a response. They just donāt care.
I called corporate and read this review even leaving my phone numbers and emails but I forgot to tell them the address of the location. They havenāt called back to learn the address. THEY JUST DONāT CARE.
I will amend this review if they ever do...

I hate writing this review as I am a Veteran (there's a big poster inside letting everyone know this location is owned and operated by a Veteran). Big lady with dreadlocks rude. Went through drive through and was asked to pull forward to rail to wait on large banana strawberry smoothie for my pregnant wife. After waiting 10 minutes I go inside and I ask if I can get it. Oh, sorry the smoothie machine is broken. Then they decide the fight with it to try to make it. Ok then after 15 more minutes they ask if I'd like a mango instead. Have wife try a sample and she agrees even though she doesn't like it. They make a large and it doesn't fill to top of cup. Stops about 2 inches from top. Their explanation........oh that's the way they come. Really? I'm sure McDonald's thought it a smart thing to put a smoothie in a clear cup but not fill it up so the customer can feel screwed. Btw every other McDonald's it's filled to the top. Too bad Chic-fila isn't open on Sundays but I agree with their reason. Sad excuse for a McDonald's and a Veteran...

Whoever took my order had an extremely bad attitude upon my arrival (before I could even complete my order), kept cutting me off. As my food was being prepared the staff kept chattering about my order telling each other to āhold onā in regards to my order as they ran back and forth between the window to the kitchen. I believe they were TAMPERING WITH MY FOOD. They put ice in one of my drinks when I asked for no ice and the person at the window got visibly angry. When I asked for a refund the cashier at the window said āso you just decided not to eat McDonalds today?ā That sounded very suspicious to me and lead me to believe they were eager to give me TAMPERED FOOD. I understand the job can be frustrating but not once did I get nasty with the staff. I remained pleasant up until the cashier said that questioning statement. Manager didnāt even have the decency to speak to me...
