Visted twice in one week while heading to work (Time between 5:30am and 6:30am). During my first visit the waitress (b/f) gave my order to the cook. The cook (a/m) totally put cheese on my eggs when I specifically requested no cheese (Not a deal breaker). I like to stay on schedule due to Atlanta traffic so I paid and ate the eggs. Before leaving I recall the cooking giving me some kind of excuse for his F-up. During my second visit I called 30 minutes prior to my arrival (ETA given to waitress). I specifically requested for my food to be prepared 15mins prior to my arrival time. I arrived on time, and waitress (b/f) had a blank look on her face. The cook looked at me and gave me "another excuse" as to why he could not have my meal prepared during the allotted time given. I about blew it and started to walk out. Bad customer service equates to loss in profit last I checked. Needless to say I waited patiently as my food was prepared because I was hungry. The nail in the coffin was on both occasions the same waitress watched me as I signed my receipt. I guess she was expecting a tip. Here's a tip... do your job. I went inside and spoke with Michelle who advised me that I did not need to call the police to file a report and she would talk to her division manager and she would contact me back. Its been 2 weeks and no call from Waffle House. I tried calling a few times and not one phone call back. I finally call call today and speak to Cindy the unit manager who was extremely rude and kept putting me on hold and after she gives me the nimben to the Landscaping company she says good luck and hangs up on me. I told her I would like a call from the name she gave me Skip who she says is the division manager. Lets see if I get a call. If you enjoy cold food, overcooked food and shivering while you eat, this is the place for you. If you enjoy what you had hoped to be a calm breakfast turned into a reggae jam fest come on in, you won't be able to have a conversation because the music is so loud. Let's not even discuss the fact the waitress had to be approached to request a coffee refill as well as going to the register to ask for your bill since all 6 SIX employees stood around drinking their coffee and sharing pictures or something on their phones.
