I came for lunch because I have been a customer for many years and today was a huge disappointment for me. I ordered the shrimp and vegetables, and I was asked what type of rice. I really did not want the rice. I just wanted meat and vegetables. However, after questioning the lady taking my order that rice came with the meal whether or not I take the rice the price doesn't change. So I said, okay, I will take the rice right? When she brought the food out to me, I opened it up looked at it, guess what was missing. The rice. I asked for the rice and she said okay, you want fried or white? And I said,white. She asked me to give her my food container back and I said why you can't just bring me the rice. Why would I need to give you my food back? You want to put the rice in this container, so she said, okay I will go get you the rice. Something inside of me said no, so I told her I said that's okay. Don't worry about it. And I just left. I will say this when I got home to eat the food number one, there was very little food in there. Very little and on top of that, it was more bok choy than it was anything else as far as the broccoli, carrots and even the shrimp. It was very scarce, and the sauce of the meal was very watery, very watery, so disappointing I wish I had taken a picture of it. I did not. I have literally been eating at this place since it opened and has always been phenomenal. Anyway so I ask to make an order for delivery and the young lady puts me on hold after I tell her my address. She comes back to the phone and says we donāt deliver to where you live. My response is since when? I literally order food from here several times a month (itās that good!). Then she says and I swear Iām not making this up ā we just canāt do it today, if we have a driver deliver to you it will take an hour and a half to two hours. Now I expected to take a little longer itās rush hour but any other time Iāve ordered at this time it takes 45mins-1hr. So I ask which is it, they donāt deliver to me anymore or itās just going to take a long time? The young lady tells me they just canāt right now and I could just come get the food by the time they could deliver it. But if I really want it delivered she will ātryā to get a driver to deliver it. I was really shocked at her attitude and lack customer service. I politely said I would just pass and hung up. Chicken pieces weren't as good; sauce wasn't right. Chips (those crispy things they serve with the meal) were stale. But the value was still unbeatable. This last time, last week, will probably be our last. The chicken and sesame flavor was really bad. The crab rangoons were uneatable, as the crab part was chalky and bland. They were definitely using a different supplier, because the food itself was simply different than in the past. I've had better crab rangoons in the frozen section at Kroger. Finally, they have reduced the serving size by over a half. If you've eaten here before, you know how they packed chicken into those black containers. Huge serving sizes. For my wife and four kids, it was a great value! No more. The containers are half the size, and contain less than half the food as before. Taste, quality and value are all gone.
