This is probably, consistently, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The drive thru is a disaster...slow, constant problems with orders and getting unsweet tea right. Even if only person in line takes a while. I have the new McDonald's app for their new curbside delivery...it averages about 3-4 minutes from check in time at 3 different units I've tried. That is ordering food and all. So, I gave this troubled unit a try...I sat in curbside check-in for 10 minutes I end up going into the unit and the manager was nice but looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had an order I am waiting for...then the lady at drive thru says no, she has it. The manager gave me the 2 large unsweet teas and I left..the ice had already melted...5th time I have used this unit...it's very convenient location wise but in serious need of ownership change or shakeup!
FOLLOW UP: I did receive a call from the local manager, I was out of town and there was not another follow-up call from her. I have been back twice since and I have mixed reviews...The first time was very good...food hot, delivered on time (within 5 minutes). The only down side was that this unit did not honor the "app only" offer I wanted to use...so I had to choose something else...there were several this unit did not (according to the app when I tried to order would not accept as that location did not choose to honor) so what was left was not at all what I wanted but hey. The second time a couple of weeks later...still not wanting to honor the "popular" offers now I understand why...I waited 10 minutes and watched a number of employees cycle through their breaks behind the store. I caught one of them going back inside and approximately 5 minutes later a young lady brought my food and said sorry...she just missed it and her response..."sorry, my bad". Read moreArrived at 905p to place a quick order for coffee- was greated by a snide female stating we only accept cash…I responded with “you’re joking right?” No- when I asked why they have no electricity- because the order board screen has been inoperable since a lightning storm in July- I was barked at “we pay our bill- we were struck by lightning- are you ordering or not?” I attempted to place an order and she shut me down entirely…drove to the pay window and sat for 3 min until another vehicle behind me placed an order…Female emerged and said “are you the door dash driver?” To which I responded “are you the female with an attitude” at which point she slammed her window shut and locked it…waited until a nice kid named Ian came and introduced himself as the MGR on duty…I explained my situation and asked for the female with the poor attitudes name- ARLO- now I get why she must be so disgruntled…placed my order and Ian was polite enough to offer to make my coffee himself as he mentioned he’s had issues with ARLO all day….hope for his sake and anyone else’s that ARLO finds herself a job better suited outside of customer service- as clearly ARLO is not equipped to adequately deal with the public...

Negatives:
Fries were not hot, and we were not the only ones who received cold fries, as I saw a man(who presumably went through the drive- thru)come back to get his fries replaced. My dads chicken sandwich was quite sloppy and fell apart.
Dining room was quite dirty. A lot of things such as napkins and strawpapers were strewn about, and the drink station had napkins laying all around the top of the trash can. I noticed several dirty tables and ones with more trash, along with a dirty floor that needed sweeping.
Bathroom was not any better; generally dirty with paper towels lying on the floor. A picture on the wall hung sideways in front of what appeared to be a literal hole in the wall(?).
Someone spending even a couple of minutes in the dining room picking up the aforementioned trash would have made the place look significantly cleaner. Yet I saw not one employee cleaning out there our entire visit, despite the fact that they were not very busy.
Summary: Decent service, but the managers need to make sure the dining room and restrooms are kept clean and old fries are...
