At one time, I would stop at this Bojangles before I would go to work, but stopped months ago because every time I ordered a biscuit, the bottom would be hard. I like their food, and the biscuits are addictive, but I dont want to spend my hard earned money on something I can not enjoy.
So I was out with my husband yesterday, and we both wanted breakfast. It was after breakfast hours for most restaurants so we decided to go here. I reminded him that I no longer go to this particular Bojangles because of the bottom hard biscuits. I recommended that we go to another one in the area we were traveling to. Needless to say, he decided to go here. We waited in the drive-through for about ten before we placed our order. When we pulled around, we noticed that they had cars parked waiting on their orders. After we paid my husband asked how long is the wait and the young lady asked someone in the store. She came back with "a half a minute." I told my husband if it's only 30 seconds, then why do we have to park? She gave us our drinks with straws and we parked. After waiting another 15 minutes, my husband went into the store to get our food. He said that the food wasn't even fixed and that they were trying to make biscuits for the orders. The person making the biscuits was also working the cash register. Needless to say, after wasting a grand total of 45 minutes at this "fast food" restaurant, we got our food. It was hot and delicious, but the wait was horrendous. Having worked in this industry before, if you have a manager that is organized, you can run a restaurant with minimal help. I did it before, and it was when we literally had to cook the food. And if you see that you can not keep up with demand, you let your customer know, before they place an order, that there will be a wait. You might lose that sale for the day, but if you trust the process, that customer will come back because you were courteous enough to let them know about the wait. To make a long story short, I won't be back to this Bojangles because of the service, but I will go to others in the area where the...
Read moreThis location needs a massive intervention. Probably, a full staff overhaul would be in order.
One the last 2 occasions I have visited this location, they have left out items from my order. The only reason I am rating 2 stars for food is because I had to wait over 10 minutes for supremes. Supremes should be a very commonly ordered item and they had clearly ran out. With that said, the chicken was fresh, but other items were lacking for sure.
The restaurant is pretty much always dirty/messy. The open conecpt for the kitchen is not very friendly to this location as they are always very messy with junk all over the place in the Back of House.
Their Digital Menu boards were all off (technical issue maybe) so there was no way to know what to order or pricing.
Their employees are all walking around on their phones actively taking phone calls while on the clock. Nobody checking in on guests who are dining in.
I observed a guest that was pulled up out of the way in the drive thru. (Probably waiting on food) She sat for close to 30 minutes and when the order was finally ready, I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't even that big.
This last visit, they were clearing having inventory issues because my supremes meal came crammed into a styrofoam biscuit container instead of the normal paper box and the only napkins they had available looked like bar napkins. Tiny squares and very thin.
I know that staffing can be hard, but I can tell that this location puts in little to no effort. Will not...
Read moreMy 1st time ever going to Bojangles...I ordered my meal via drive thru, no one is ahead of me the entire time. The drive thru is automated so my questions could not be answered from a human. I drive to pay, no one has acknowledged me for 3 mins. Guy #1 takes my credit card and leaves the window for 2 mins. Guy #1 gives me my credit card and drink (don't take my credit card and leave my sight). A different guy, Guy #2 asks me what did I order, he relays something I did not order. We clarify my order, 3 chicken strips. He asks me to pull up it's going to 5 mins before my strips are ready. I don't leave the window, now cars are coming behind me awaiting there orders. Another guy, Guy #3 relays an entirely different order again that is not mine. "Oh I'm so sorry not sure how we did not put your order in, can you pull up, be ready in 3 mins" I do not pull up, at this point 10 mins has passed and a woman I saw parking as I drove through the drive thru comes to window, and says we make orders fresh to order, if you pull up we'll bring it to you, you ordered (once again relays to me the wrong order) I told her NO, I've been waiting here over 10 mins for 3 chicken strips when no one was ahead of me and this is ridiculous! After another 3 mins, an attitude from the woman and no apology at all. I feel for my 1st ever experience, my time and money was wasted and customer service is no longer present in this current world. Do better Bojangles!...
