To say that the staff at this location is unprofessional, unorganized, and lack customer service is an understatement. On 5/15/2021 I had to pick up a Doordash delivery for two orders and was told by one of their staff delivery drivers that one of my orders was ready; however, they are running behind schedule and the other order hadn't been started yet. He said it would be about 12 minutes; So I say no problem...
Fast forward to about 15 minutes later, the staff driver that I spoke to rushes out of the door, so I checked the status of my pending order with the young lady at the front register who checked the system and stated that the second order was now ready but the first order has been picked up by another driver. Um, say what? I had been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point. Following this, I spoke to the manager on duty and she checks the same system that the cashier checked and in a plot twist, stated that the order actually has NOT been picked up, but may have been accidentally taken by one of their delivery drivers. Come again??
Now mind you, while they were handling orders like the Three Stooges, the music in the restaurant was blasting so loud that customers had to raise their voices in order for the staff to hear them. On top of that, the kitchen staff was literally singing and dancing while preparing the food. Now I am all for having fun while you work; however, you can still be professional and follow ServSafe protocols in the process. Honestly, this takes "Whistle While You Work" to a whole other level! While I can appreciate that those who were singing have great voices, this was not the time or the place to be putting on a 90's R&B throwback show; ESPECIALLY when you can't manage to get orders out of the door accurately and on time. That is what you are being paid to do.
And DON'T even get me started on the staff/singers/dancers who were wearing "chin masks." Why even bother if you're not going to wear the mask properly? Not to mention that the ones with long hair didn't have their hair adequately covered or restrained while preparing food. That's just unsanitary. I would never eat anything prepared at this establishment. They all need to be retrained on how to safely prepare food and serve customers more efficiently. This was anything but that. This was...
Read moreOn 7/2/2021 at 1:19pm I placed an order for my staff. I received a notification 30 minutes later that my order was canceled. I called the location and “LORI” the manager answered the phone. I gave “LORI” my number to look up my order to which she stated was not in their system. She then rudely insinuated that I had the “wrong store,” I proceeded to to provide my order number. She cut me off and stated “we can't pull up online order numbers” (😬 PAPA JHONS really????) anywho I begin to read my order to her because the receipt CLEARLY said the location I was calling. “LORI” rudely cut me off again and stated that she kept getting a “nail shop” When she tried to reach us. At that point It sadden me that “LORI” was too incompetent to listen and realize that all she had to do was press 1 to speak with someone because well like “Papa John’s” we too are a business and have a greeting prompt. She then went on to get very rude and short with me as I tried to explain that we are a business and she simply needed to press one to reach someone. “LORI” cut me off gain and told me to “just let her talk” while huffing and puffing in the phone. She then hung up in my face! 😨 REALLY PAPA JOHNS!!
This is the type of person you have represent you as a “manager “! “LORI” the call was recorded, I will be forwarding it to your corporate office! 😁
Thanks “LORI” the manager at Jimmy Carter location...
Read morethis place is getting worst... i ordered my specialty pizza and when i got it, it didn’t have enough cheese. i asked them to re do my pizza, and the manager ANDREW came and with and attitude, and didn’t want to cook another pizza. he ended up cooking it, and put all the cheese on top of all my toppings, and left out my bacon...when the cashier rang me up. (didn’t wanna give me his name ) said it was $33 because i needed to pay for both pizzas. papa johns policy, if they have to re cook the pizza both are for the customer. the manage that was also cooking the pizzas said that i had to pay for both, so i said that he can keep his pizza and let me pay the $12 that was my order online, he said no it had to be store price. witch is like $17.... the guy at the register gave me a attitude every time i asked something, and he was wearing his headphones while i was talking to him... and looked like i was bothering for trying to get some decent pizza. when i got home, the pizza had a pile of cheese on top of just mushroom, and olives, barely any pep, sausage and no bacon. Andrew said that i could have the pizza for free after two customers walked in, bluntly trying to make me leave. very disrespectful. this place needs better management, if andrew is the manager.
at the end my pizza was still not what i ordered and the staff is very disrespectful and...
