Checkers — Restaurant in Norcross

My son and I came to this checkers on 10/15 4:15 am. The lady taking the order greeted us with we only have wings and chicken bites. I asked for 2 orders of chicken bites. I asked if they had fries because her greeting said only chicken wings and bites. I ordered 2 medium fries and 1 drink. I get to the window and asked how is my total 19 and some change? She replies cause you ordered two combos. I informed her that I did not. She turns and ask the guy working the fry station. Didn’t she order 2 combos he replied I didn’t hear that. I asked the lady who had her hand on her hip and rolling her neck why did she have an attitude. She slams the window and locked it. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If I ordered a combo she didn’t take my second drink order so I’m confused as to how it was a combo. And how on earth do a burger place not have burgers. Management if you need me to describe the rude lady and the fry cook that night/early morning please respond. I get we all have bad days but this unacceptable and...

There are some extremely rude employees here!!! And some are very nice, but I will never see them again because I will never go here again. The drive thru attendant had an attitude through the whole order and at the end I just told her never mind and cancel the order because I didn't like her bad attitude and tone of voice... she cussed me out yelling out the drive thru window. Then the manager took the side of the unprofessional and extremely rude employee. On top of that I complained to their corporate office, and they did nothing as well. I know I am just one person/ one family, but they will never get my money ever again!!! And beware if you go there... you may have your whole day ruined if those ladies...

My car was stuck in the drive thru about a week ago. It's a machine they do what they want. Although it may have been there a while, it was not my fault and the first tow truck that arrived said he was unable to tow it. Therefore, I had to wait for another tow truck. The manager became extremely unprofessional and started spewing profane language at me like I purposely had my car break down in the drive thru. He was so upset, he called the police and had me towed. He even mentioned to the police that he believed I did not have the financial means to afford a tow unbeknownst to him I make more than him. Nevertheless, I will never visit this location again because the lack of compassion for customers...
