Iāve been coming to this juice bar for the last month and I must say it has consistently met and exceeded my expectations. I have been suffering with chronic inflammation and an attack on my immune system so I begin taking my health into my own hands and no longer trusting the doctors here in the USA. I did a complete overhaul of my diet and eating habits including making myself some detox shots, fresh juicing, and organic shakes which have helped extremely with my condition but to be honest itās a lot of work to make these items fresh daily so I was extremely happy to find this place. I come here when Im being lazy or having a heavy inflammation day that keeps me from making my own. The level of knowledge the owner has and the ingredients used literally meet all of my needs for recovery, I love that I can ask questions about adding ingredients to my own recipes and the owner actually knows what heās talking about. Mind you Iām an engineer and data analyst so attention to detail and extensive research is practically in my DNA and what Iām told by the owner matches what Iāve researched and itās comforting to be able to trust with someone is creating to put in your body. The pricing is extremely reasonable so it makes this place even better. Health Department score of 100 and it actually looks like it deserves that score on the inside and there are knowledge filled boards hanging throughout the shop that helps you understand more about the ingredients, what it does, and how it helps your body. I began working with this company very excited about the experience and encouragement it bought to my community. I was quickly met with the reality of not being treated equally and with respect from the owners of this brand. I trained at this location with Bill and we got off on a great foot , so much so that they moved me to next location within 3 days of training. What they failed to communicate prior to my transfer is that i would have to present specifically my account information in order to be paid . This was the only information that was needed and it raised some concern on my part being apart of the current world we are living in with so many people stealing information and what not. When asked to explain why i needed to provide this information that was clearly already in their system , my gut immediately told me something wasnāt right. After this very immature man explained to me what he failed to do so prior to me coming to this second location , he very rudely dismissed me and told me i could leave. As if i didnāt deserve the explanation . Even took it upon hisself to call me āinsubordinateā as if i were a child. Then took it upon themselves to falsify this information on my seperation letter in an attempt to make themselves look better. One of the worst experiences Iāve encountered . Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I came in on break for a smoothie and the person behind the counter was slow. Didn't even get a receipt because I thought didn't need it. Guy behind counter didn't even start my order until other person came in and ordered. Did not feel welcomed there. Basically just had ten dollars wasted. work for the county and had a limited break and had to go. I get that folks are busy but when I approached the shop it was empty with only the kid behind the counter. I was polite and courteous and tipped and still ignored after my order. I hope the best for this place but after this experience I'll be avoiding similar places. I've learned my lesson on that.
For reference my order was a simple small tropical whatever it was. I've been to smaller stores that want faster and acknowledged the customers. There was a gentleman behind the counter, probably early 20s. Didn't even get to taste my order because our crew truck drove up and I had to go. Absolutely livid at wasted money. I just basically tipped a company almost 9 dollars for a drink I never got.
Can't even believe I tipped the guy behind the counter. I was being nice. Figured he wanted a customer as I saw him sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Got my food from the way better country kitchen store. Figured a drink here would be good. Didn't happen.
