I always go to this location because I work nearby. I give 5 stars due to always having a pleasant experience, however tonight it was as I had previously experienced. It was raining a lot when I pulled up to the drive through window. I could not hear the Starbucks employee over the speaker so I decided to pull around to the window. Karri thought this was such an inconvenience to her! apparently I interrupted her leaning on the drive through window probably watching the rain and contemplating the meaning of life or something just as deep. . She then proceeded to look at me like I had a billion boogers on my face. Based on her facial expressions I proceeded to tell her what I was doing which was obviously trying to place an order. she then tells me " well we were trying to talk to you but you didnt respond. " I then told her I'm sorry I couldnt hear you over the speaker that's why I'm trying to order here. She was like... "okkkkkkk.......????? What would you like?" Im so terribly sorry I made you do your customer service job. Of course I will be returning to this location because I like the people and the service. But if I could rate this experience it would be 1 star. The least she could have done was smile with the attitude she gave me and responded with a " you're welcome" after I thanked her for handing me my order. Yikes. Hopefully shes is much more pleasant next visit. From one customer service employee to another.....

Unfortunately it is the closest to my house, so I occasionally stop and treat myself. last week I waited 10-15 in the drive thru since the inside is usually slower. When I finally got my drink, I decided to taste it before I drove off. I had to yell back into the open window to get their attention - telling them I think they made a mistake. He looked and said yes he gave me the wrong drink. I would have been so mad if I had driven off after that long wait. Today I treated myself on a sunday. Again waited about 15 mins in the drive thru. Got to the window and again the fella handed me a drink that wasn't mine. When he asked what I ordered - we both realized he never made it. Sooooo, I wanted more for him to go make my drink. This time I tasted it quickly to make sure it was what I ordered, but it was hard to tell with the topping layer. When I got home, I realized despite telling him 3x it should be with oatmilk - it was not. Now I have a drink I spent 25 mins to get and paid for that is just sitting here. ugh. Please hire more employees that can assist with timeliness, customer service, and barista skills. thank you.

Read moreAt first, I was writing this review to solely commend the staff for implementing service with a smile. I was greeted by someone outside cleaning before even walking in, as soon as I got through the door, and as soon as I got to the counter. I got my beverage within a minute. While working on my computer, an older woman came inside after being in the drive-thru because she was absolutely outraged that her usual drink was not it's "normal" price. It was a complete misscommunication due to the terrible, yet typical, drive-through quality speakers. The staff handled it promptly and sent her on her way. I know you arent supposed to applaud a fish for swimming, but it was refreshing to see the continual positive attitude amongst the staff although this woman was being significantly rude for such a miniscule reason.
