Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Ridiculous experience. Website wouldn't let me order at this location so I called. Apparently they have a call center for ordering. She couldn't help me use points so transferred me directly to the store after I'd given her my order. Since she couldn't help me use my points I assumed she didn't put in my order. The store couldn't help either so I went ahead and ordered with them, at this point I'd been on the phone with them for 20 minutes. I arrived to a man very upset about his 16 pizzas that they didn't have but he'd already paid over the phone. They finally acknowledged that I was waiting and when they checked there were 2 identical orders for me. I explained what happened and the girl said, "soooo...?" I told her I didn't want both orders. So when I got home, the garlic knots had leaked all over my car seat and my suede purse. The purse is completely ruined and I'm going to have to get the car seat professionally cleaned to try and get the grease out. When I opened up the pizzas, they were cut so crooked and the pizza was about 1/3 crust. I will definitely not be going to this location again. Ordered through door dash for a large pepperoni and Italian pizza and garlic knots . The dasher delivered what was supposed to be my large pizza and someone else’s large pizza, my pizza didn’t have any Italian sausage on it and was still doughy and there were no garlic knots. Called this location to let them know i received someone else’s pizza and my pizza was wrong and missing the garlic knots. These mfs have the audacity to tell me since i ordered through DD i have to contact them. YALL THES ONES MESSED UP! I’m missing a whole box of garlic knots andddddddd my pizza is missing toppings! Tryna blame it on door dash when they just delivered what yall handed them!! Horrible customer service....

If I could give negative stars I would. No exaggeration when I say EVERY order from this location has had an issue. Doesn't matter if its delivery or carry out. Delivery is so bad I resorted to carry out but each time I've done that they've given my order "away" or the delivery driver "took" it (even though we never received a delivery) and I end up having to wait for another one to get made. It's ridiculous. Best bet is to drive to the Whitlock location because this location will let you...
