Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Georgia

3rd strike, I'm done with this location. A shame too, since I've never had a bad experience at any other Planet Smoothie location, just this one, and repeatedly. It's a stain on the entire franchise.

If you're lucky, it'll only take 30+ minutes to make your smoothie (even if it's not busy). If you're unlucky, you'll drive up during hours that are posted both online & on their door as being "Open", only to find that they're closed...as happened to me yesterday. This has been a recurring comment on negative reviews for this particular store for YEARS, it's not like this was a one-off or anything new.

No worries, I won't make the mistake of choosing this location again -- the Planet Smoothie in Roswell by the Target is fast, and open when they say they're open. That store is a little more of a drive, but it's actually faster if I take the farther drive out to that location vs. going to this one closer to my house. That...

I was out and about running errands and I had a terrible headache. I knew I was hungry but I Immediately knew that my body needed some nutrients. We stopped at this Planet Smoothie location and I’ve got to tell you they saved the day!!

I didn’t know what I wanted and I was thinking of an açaí bowl. I explained to the owner Cynthia my plight on how I was feeling. She said “don’t worry, I’m gonna put together just what you need”. She put together a custom bowl that was amazing!!

Literally within about 15 minutes I started to feel better and my headache was gone!

It means a lot to have not only great customer service (which they do!) but a proprietor that cares.

I will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone...

I love the smoothies here more than any other. I used to be a regular when i lived close by and they always gave me the student discount. Apparently, they no longer do student discounts and their menu prices are totally wrong. I got a small Java the Nut which was advertised on the menu as 5.99 and i was charged 7.99 + tax coming out to almost $8.50. The lady showed me she rang me up for the correct drink. Management needs to fix this because that is not right at all.. I didn’t bother asking for a refund because I didn’t want to go through the trouble. But not okay.
