Purchased a used washer back in March 2024. Same week my ex boyfriend purchased one from them due to me moving to another location. My ex purchased a white older washer that has an agitator and he hasn't had any problems which is great for him! But due to Pam talking me into the SS washer without an agitator (I don't know about these things) unfortunately not so great for me....I was looking for something large and able to hold a lot of laundry due to having 4 teens and two adults using daily PAM, the women who works there talked me into purchasing a stainless steel tub without a agitator in it 🤷🏽♀️ I had no clue so I trusted her opinion because she stated that she has one similar and she loves hers. I take it home and use it twice and it breaks on me. She then sent out a repair tech to fix and told me that the rods needed replaced. He replaced the rods but while he was there he explained that he particularly didn't like these types of machines that the good old fashioned ones (white top loader with agitator) were the way to go... Easy to fix and take apart and parts are cheaper and easy fix. Pam called to check on me day of after the washer rods were replaced and I explained to her what tech had said to me .. anyway, Pam still told me that the machine she sold me was a great washer and give it a few weeks I'll end up loving it. I gave it a few weeks and I received another call from Pam . I explained to her that I didn't like the washer and it seemed like clothes were not clean, and my pods were not melting even when we checked to make sure warm/hot water was working. I didn't like not having an agitator. She still insisted on me keeping the washer she sold me and now months later it still runsike crap and it doesn't clean clothes and the pods I use I now am placing in hot water to melt before I put in washer with clothes. Still same. Nothing is coming out clean and the detergent is not running away the detergent etc... I've even placed it on double rinse! We don't overload it and it takes two times to wash one small load. I called her up today to see what we can do, and she out right lied and said she never talked me into what I purchased and that she never said she had a similar washer without the agitator!!! Now I'm stuck with a $365 used POS washer that has never worked properly since I purchased it. I had a few family issues come up recently and the house I moved into has been getting renovated so I haven't had time to call. Regardless, this machine has never worked since I purchased it and she refuses to help all but to have me purchase another used washer for $300+ . One, I'm upset that she kept insisting that I would like it after I told her several times I didn't. Two, she put right lied to me and told me she never said any of the things to me about the washer (she's a salesman there) !! Three, she lied about having one similar at her home!! I can't even believe it. The tech that came to my house and my ex boyfriend was there several times I spoke to her about it and heard her!! Beyond unprofessional and just very very sad . I'm a single mother and the reason I needed to buy a washer in the first place was because I'm renting a Firstkey home and the day I moved in we had a flood and I had hooked my washer (I had for years) up to their broken hot water tank that has sentiment buildup and as soon as I turned my washer on the sediment went through my washer and broke it. I didn't get reimbursed nothing. Already being taken advantage of and just outright horrible experience. It's a shame because I thought she was very helpful and nice at first. If I could download a picture of screenshots of her calling me and texting me about this I would just to prove the lies .. all the calls back and forth as well, I kept them...
Read moreHello, I purchased a refrigerator from this place on May 11th and there was an issue with the ice maker and the light as soon as they dropped it off. I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and no one showed. I was then told that the repair person did not come to work and I had wait until they can figure out when someone would be available. I waited a couple of days. Another appointment was scheduled and when the repair man came he proceeded to say that I needed to replace the filter. This was a used fridge that I just purchased. I wasn't upset about that, that was fine though this wasn't a small purchase ($550.00) . Then he proceeded to say that they have a new employee and she should have told me that the store does not replace filters before they sell their appliances. He named the employee as Maureen. I explained that it was unprofessional and I asked if I needed to replace the filter and did that have anything to do with the ice maker not working. He stated that it did not and he would make ice cubes bigger... That was not the issue. The issue was that ice wasn't being made. He stated that he could not find the problem and he would make a note so that if I called back in, the store would know. One week later, no ice. I call, I make arrangements, I work form home just to meet the repair gut. No one comes until Friday, the next day. I knew they came because they left a card in the door. I could not call because I left my phone at Home Depot the day before and did not pick it up until 4:30 PM on Friday after work. I call the store first thing Saturday morning and i spoke to a new employee who said someone would call me back. No call, I call at 4:45 PM. I speak to the new employee again and ask to speak to a manager. I get Jaime, who seems to be a long time employee and who sold me the fridge. She starts to question whether or not I was home. Then she says that she spoke to me on Thursday but this after she states that they had a note that they could come even if no one answered the phone. I explained that there was no way that she could've spoken to me on Thursday because I didn't have my phone and either the delivery guy called or he didn't. I explained that I wasn't trying to be rude but I have been nothing but understanding. i had been home with clients all day and no one had come here. I finally just asked for a refund because the warranty is coming to an end (30 days). she says that fine but no refund for the delivery. i advised that wasn't fair. Why would I pay for delivery? I have done nothing but try to work with a small business who is clearly understaffed and at this point it was just best to get my money back. She made no sense, none. I don't know how long these folks have been around and if they are like this with everyone or just some folks but their service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Things happen, appliance malfunction however customer service is a constant and in this case they were horrific all the way around. I am going to have to eat the delivery fee just to get rid of this fridge. Shes says that the repair will take place even thought my warranty ends on the 11th. I wonder if that will be the case for the...
Read moreMy first time going to these guys, the washer wasn’t working. So they replaced it, and almost a month later the dryer stopped working, but requested that they can try to do something immediately. I understand that sometimes something has to go according to schedule, but they didn’t even empathize with me with the ongoing problem I keep having with these appliances. Yes, they’re used, but they were again defective. The owner didn’t even bother to talk to me on the phone about trying to expedite this request to fix the dryer or replace it because he didn’t “want to.” You can’t run a business if you’re not willing to handle your business. These people are extremely unprofessional and are quick to blame you for the problems with the machine saying it’s your house, not the machines. There's nothing wrong with my house and I know that for a fact. I would not recommend these people. If you’re looking for used appliances to budget and save some money, go to someone who’s actually willing to help you and actually apologize if there is an inconvenience. But horrible business practice here. If I knew they would be this unprofessional, I would’ve took my hard earned money and bought me brand new appliances at Home Depot and there wouldn’t be a problem. My last thought: If you don’t want to handle your business,...
