If I wasn't such a foodie, the food probably would have been a 5 star rating. But I have tried a lot of food in my travels and this definitely sits at a 4. The food was hot and fast! I appreciate that! But I wouldn't say it is as unique as I was hoping for. I got excited because in an old review of their menu, it looked like they had a burger with strawberry preserves and goat cheese on it, but that's heavily outdated I guess. So I got the Alcatraz and to be honest it's your basic smash burger. The sauce was good, but not unique. The fries were good but not anything crazy. I think it would be cool if they had a lot more variety for sure. My only large complaint is that the patty had ZERO seasoning. It was unflavored smashed beef. The only flavor came from the toppings and the meat was just kind of there. I would highly recommend throwing salt, pepper, and something unique on there. If it had flavor, my review definitely would be a bit higher. Overall, I would swing by here again but it's not something I'll be avidly looking for. Definitely something to try in como! Oh and the staff was super friendly 😁

I finally called and ordered a good behavior burger and some Cajun seasoned fries after checking out Patty Wagon's canton road store for several months. I was disappointed with the burger, sadly. The strange topping combo of goat cheese and strawberry jelly on a buttered, toasted bun actually works well, although there wasn't enough jelly to offset the goat cheese imo. The patty itself let me down. It looked pre-formed and tasted like many of the "higher end" frozen patties you can buy at the grocery store. Maybe I'm just expecting too much of a $8 burger. The Cajun fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned.

We had a corporate event and the food truck came to our campus. I ordered the Bacon the law burger lol. The burgers are really good and i decided on the cajun fries. The service was great and the food truck looked very well organized. The girl who took my order was very patient and kind. Normally when you try something new you get a little overwhelmed by the choices, but she made the experience easy.. It's a great concept with clever names for their food. I will definitely visit the brick-and-mortar location when i get a chance.

Staff is friendly. I cannot eat Gluten, so I asked them to make a plain cheese burger just like they normally would, but put it in the box without a bun. I explained my gluten issue. I love fries and ordered 2 orders. I said multiple times, very light on the salt on the burger and fries. Each time the lady at the register acknowledged my statement. I also ordered a burger and fries for my daughter and asked they be very light on salt also. We were on our way for a short trip and was going to eat while traveling. Have you ever eaten Cheetos and after 3 or 4 your fingers are coated in orange stuff. That's how my fingers were when I grabbed a couple fries, except with salt. I could barley choke them down they were so salty! My burgers and my daughters were equally as salty. I threw away $25 worth of food that was inedible. We stopped at a drive-thru of another place to spend more money on food. If I had not been on the road and able to go back, the folks were friendly enough they probably would have remade the order. I don't know. I know I wasted $25 and will not...

This place was disappointing. I’d been craving wings and was really hoping it would hit the spot. First off, the wings were huge—But not in a good way, as they were chewy, undercooked and the skin was flabby. They had no color to them. I had mixed lemon pepper and medium on the same order which is always a lot of flavor/seasoning/sauce. However, there was very little of any of that flavor/spice that actually adhered the wings. They were just oily and bland. The fries were over saturated with oil. I had heartburn almost immediately after eating a little of the food. To top all that off, when I walked into the place in the first place, no one came out to take my order. There were a few people who’d recently placed an order hanging out but no one at the cash register and no one came out the ten minutes that I waited there. I literally went outside, called the number, and placed my order over the phone. It was ready pretty quickly after that. Maybe that’s because they didn’t cook the wings for...
